Bearpaw Booties TSV

I ordered the cognac colored ones and since my feet are not wide I got them on fine — btw I ordered up to size 9 but normall I wear an 8.  I read the reviews and made the decision to go up a size. 

However I put them one and the footbed was rounded but no support on the sides.

Normally a shoe has sides that either rise a bit to hold the foot in place OR the shoes have sides which hold the foot in place.

I took less than 10 steps and my foot rolled off the rounded top of the insole down and my foot slipped down between the side of the shoe and that rolled insole and totally twisted my bad knee from a previous accident.

The next morning I could not walk until I warmed it and massaged my knee.

The engineering in these were way off.

Also I cannot imagine making a bootie out of a fabric type material that looks ‘suedish’ without waterproofing them for stains etc.

Probably if I had ordered my normal size there would have been less room for my foot and ankle to turn off that rolled insole but then they would not have been easy to put on and certainly could not have worn a sock with them. 

Just bad news for me with Bearpaws.  I also prefer some support in any shoe I wear to prevent back and knee issues.  Hope this helps. 

I returned them and HSN was understanding.  I asked them to report this issue to the company Bearpaw.

I live in Alaska and the bear paw bootie is like a cute slipper and I found the size to be too small and tight

I’m SO BUMMED about these.  I wear a 9.5m.. not a wide, and I ordered 10 , but I have a high arch.  I can not even get my foot in these. AT ALL.  My daughter has really narrow feet and she said these were tight.  I’m afarid of your foot is not flat and narrow and you didn’t order up a size, these will not fit.  

I recieved one of the pairs I ordered.  Cute and soft but very much like a slipper.  Unfortunately, I will have to send back as I do have a wide foot and I struggled getting the bootie on.  I normally wear a 9W or 9 1/2 regular and the 10 was tight.  I wish it was made in a 10W and it would have then fit perfectly.  It is going back as it is a struggle to get on and I am afraid I will rip it.

Rec’d. my boots today! I did not know what size to order since I wear a 7 1/2 so I ended up buying the taupe with the Aztec print and the teal with the Aztec print, in sizes 7 & 8. The 8’s fit perfectly. I could not even get the size 7’s on. I have medium width feet and I would think if you have wide feet you would not be able to get these on even if you got the correct size because even the size 8 are a little difficult to get on. But once on…..perfect fit and VERY comfortable! ??
