I’m totally with you Keri!!!  Taking down the codes is just PLAIN WRONG.  Not giving ALL customers access to coupons is PLAIN WRONG.  Not posting in clear site to everyone coupon codes is PLAIN WRONG.  Yesterday I wanted to order to facial items.  I checked HSN and Amazon.  Amazon only had the one item so that was a no brainer.  But the other is an item that is on air all the time.  I thought I would be a good HSN customer and buy it on HSN because it was the exact same price as Amazon.  It came with free shipping (yesterday only) but they wanted to charge me over $2.00 in tax.  I deleted it from my cart and went to Amazon because it was free shipping and no tax.  Why does HSN charge tax when I don’t live in Florida?  Amazon never charges me tax.  I really have to wonder – does HSN read these threads and see what they are doing to themselves in lost orders because of their crazy coupon hoarding?????  Today I found something on special I just bought 2 days ago – I would like to scream.  But them I would only be listening to myself!!!  LOL  I say keep posting what you find. I for one appreciate you doing it very much.   Maybe if enough of us keep telling them they are only losing business because of their obsession over coupons they will begin to re-think their corporate views.  And then again, maybe they won’t.  In which case I always check around before buying – and I’m only going to buy from the cheapest place I can get the same item.  Do you HEAR us HSN!!!!

I wish I had $500 to spend at HSN … LOL I do over a matter of months but hey when you are on disability for cancer and real sick it is hard to make them dollars like I used to. That is why on my lower post I said I would be greatful if they would put HSN Ka$h “bucks’ even if $5.00 or $10.00 with a thank you on your next order…heck anything.. they did one time and after that nothing! I get excited seeing my HSN box yes but it is even more exciting to dig through the box and find your spendable Ka$h on your next purchase. I don’t wanna sound totally ungreatful as I do appreciate any savings like $5.00 off make up or free shipping and the 20% off everything, it’s better than nothing. It just makes me feel like when I go to purchase something..like today “Tan Towels” there was no stretch pay but for HSN card holder there was a stretch pay..Go to QVC today and it is 2 stretch pays off everything and it’s for all customer’s not just card holders. A customer is a customer and I will say it again, my Visa checking card and a HSN card all spends the same, they get their money well unless a credit card holder don’t pay the bill. My money comes directly out and paid immediately not on credit. Regardless of payment method all flex pays should be the same…sorry kind of went off track

my grocery store does send coupons to select customers only. it’s a reward for buying certain items. it happens all of the time, and it has for years.

I wish members would be more grateful when I share. Instead, ppl just complain more!

I always check ebates for HSN coupons. I figure if it’s there without restrictions, anyone can use it. Currently there is only one there and it’s for new customers only, but it also looks like you can get a 6% rebate today at HSN, probably today only because it’s usually 2%.

It’s RARE that I receive a coupon despite spending thousands at HSN. Yep, home items, makeup, gifts, jewelry… it all adds up and quickly. Currently there is a 20% off coupon on my screen… good up to $25.

Can you imagine if other retailiers, other ONLINE retailers pulled that stunt? Oh, and it was buried in the VERY fine print. 

People post coupons and Every. Single. Time. I go to use one, it comes up INVALID. Don’t know who is getting them (other than brand new members), but those of  us who have been faithful for 20 plus years? I got nothin’.

I shop hsn all the time and when my friends, room-mates see my hsn packages they want to see what I got most them end up shopping hsn and buying stuff so yes being a regular customer gives hsn more perks (our friends see our stuff then go to hsn) oh right and what about referal bonuses like the HSN Ka$h would even be nice! Although it is nice to give new customers a coupon/code and most companies do but hsn and any main shopping network should provide coupons/discount codes for regular customers. Jewelry television used to give in random orders $10.00 off your next purchase as a way to thank you for that purchase and being a customer! I loved getting those it made me feel valued but they haven’t done that in forever and 1x HSN gave a $5.00 in a order. So if not giving codes online to discount, at least put coupons in current orders for the next order, to me that is exciting and it really makes the customer feels their order/business is valued!!! More flex pays on more products would be appreciated especially like on DG2 jeans, the shipping is way too much, it is always like $5.95! Most competitive companies shipping on clothes is $2.99-$3.99. The clothing rarely does free shipping.

1) Go to HSN shopping site, not HSN Community.
2) Click on My Account (top left).
3) Click on Chat where Customer Service options r listed.
4) Ask Chat rep to register coupon code to acct.
5) If asked how coupon was obtained, reply appropriately: home page, email, or postal mail.

Finding coupons on forums does not make u a select customer!
