Wolfgang Puck spice mills

I can’t get these open. The battery section opened just fine, but the spice section won’t budge. Anyone else having this problem or a solution? Thanks.

I had a bit of trouble getting it apart, but haven’t since. However, one of them already has a problem with the light not coming on. And, of course, it’s the one I put the salt in. Took the salt out and jiggled around with it and it started working again, so there’s a loose connection in it. I swear, I always get the lemons.

That hasn’t worked for me. I will have to wait until someone stronger than me can try it. Thanks though. It shouldn’t be so hard.

Hold hand on “clear” section of spice mill with TIGHT GRIP, and turn UPPER COLORED section to left side arrow. Then lift top STRAIGHT UP! Mine arrived yesterday and it took me time to “get it”! I think it will be a little easier with more use latter! Hope I have been of some help.
