Diane6657, you can find some of Wolfgang’s great recipes here. I know you are sure to find something delicious to make!

I bought Wolfgang Pucks Quad chopper, which cookbook was he offering with the receipes for this appliance? I missed out on ordering, it was delling for $19.99?
-
Note that many of us bought the quad chopper because of the recipes being made on the show: ice cream, sorbet, cheesecake. Where are THOSE recipes? It’s unfair to demonstrate foods and not offer the recipes! We are diabetic. Wolfgang kept saying "and you don’t need sugar!" I need to know what he did – or can you show that portion of the show video online? Thank you!

Would like that recipe for the cheese cake that gang pack shadowed with the Quad chopper

Nutribullet products come with great cookbooks. I assumed that this one would also. I would pay more for the appliance to have a great cookbook come in the box with it. That way the appliance comes out of the box ready to use or give as a gift…I do not see myself giving the QuadChoppers as gifts without Marian’s $19.99 cookbook. I purchased 2 of these thinsg to give as gifst. What a shame! Thanks for the heads up.

The beauty of this machine is that you can make your own recipes. For sugar free ice creams I use frozen fruit with no sugar added, skim milk, sugar substitute of your choice. Start off with equal parts fruit and liquid. If you freeze some bananas you will not have to use any sweetener. Just through in stuff and see what comes out. Hope this helps.

I ordered the quad chop and the cookbook, but my machine did not have the recipes that were supposed to be included

I am terribly disappointed that the Quad Chop I purchased from you, did not come with a receipe book. The book by Marian Getz, isn’t available (Out of stock):smileysad:. You need to make it clear that the receipe book that will include the receipes that Wolfgang Puck demonstrated on your show does not come with the "Quad Chop".

My friend got the cookbook and says that she can’t find a raspberry cheesecake recipe in there. I watched the demo again and saw that he had sugar in the quadchop and added what looked like 2 8-oz. blocks of cream cheese, 4 eggs and an undisclosed amount of raspberries. My eyeballing it…I’d say a cup maybe. Blended the mixture and poured in an 8-9 inch springform pan. Of course there was no mention of how long or what temp to bake…but I guess someone could gage what a regular cheesecake bakes for??? Also, I didn’t see any graham cracker type crust in the pan.

Does anyone know if the Nutribullet recipes will work in the Quadchopper. They seem very similar.

I hope that hsn is restocked with the cookbooks soon. I kick myself for not ordering the book when it was available. I have tried to find it, online, with no luck.

Thank you for this post I too was trying to remember what Marion placed
in quad chopper to make cheesecake.
Thanks too bbqluvr63, you have the same list of ingredients that I remembered
that she used! I wasn’t sure of the time to bake and size of springform pan 8 or 9?
I’m hoping to try to make recipe this weekend. My husband just picked up fresh
Blueberries from local stand in NJ. but I am going make a blueberry cake/muffins
tonight, can’t wait!
Good luck in using your quad chopper to make cheesecake!
Bea. :smileyhappy:

Was HSN still going to check on the recipe book? Just checked and it’s not even listed with a "sold out" note. So is it never to return??

Kim…we are counting on that Quad Chop Cookbook. I purchased 2 of the Quad Choppers for Christmas gifts. The book that came with it…is not a good example of what we saw demonstrated on TV when the product was introduced. Without the cookbook, I will not be able to give this things as gifts. They are gifts for men that will need the book.

I am disappointed in the so-called instructions/care-of/recipe PAMPHLET that accompanied the Quad Chopper (QC). It provides me with nothing, except "care of" instructions. Additonally, HSN Erica, Manager, suggested to CLICK "here." So I did. Well, did anyone find any of "Wolfgang’s great recipe"….????? I did not.
What I saw on HSN, in turns of recipes, is not what one can find in that PAMPHLET. On 6/24/14, HSN Candace, Manager, stated that Marian Getz’s cookbook "will be back in stock around 8/15." We are still waiting.
Does the QC whip egg whites to the foamed consistency required for the topping for pies or macarrons?
I still have all of the packaging for the QC. Am wondering if I should return the QC?
