I AM WANTING TO PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THE WOLFGANG PUCK DEEP FRYER I PURCHASED ON THE 8TH OF THIS MONTH. I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES, THEY KEEP TRANSF ME AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL I GET A FAST BUSY SIGNAL. HOW DIFFICALT IS IT TO PURCHASE THE EXTEND WARRANTY FOR THIS ITEM. I WOULD LIKE TO CHARGE IT TO THE CARD ON FILE. HOW WILL I RECEIVE A COPY OF THE WARRANTY? CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN OBTAINING THIS, OTHERWISE I WILL FORWARD THE ITEM BACK TO HSN. IN READING THE REVIEWS, EVERYONE IS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE PRODUCT AND I DO NOT PLAN TO USE IT, I PLAN TO GIFT IT, BUT IT WILL BE PAST THE 30 DAY GRACE. PLEASE ADVISE. JD

, I’m very sorry to see this. If you’re calling customer service at 1-800-284-3900 there shouldn’t be a reason to transfer you. Adding the protection plan to this order should not be an issue. The protection plan people won’t send out paper work unless you request it. The plan is linked to your order so we have a record of it.

So this fryer is not eligible for extended holidays return?
