I can’t stand the double, and triple dipping.  Finger into ice cream maker, into mouth, finger to other maker, dip, to mouth, spoon from mouth to maker to mouth to maker to mouth from spoon into cone into mouth.  I’m going to hurl.

But he does sell great tools!.. I bought the rice warmer and have used it at least once a week.  And I don’t cook.

how do I post reviews on past purchases? In the past I’ve received emails on posting reviews, but being busy, couldn’t take the time. Now I have worn the clothing/shoes/etc.enough to know, and would like to post my opinion. Is there an easy way? Only easy ways for me. Thanks.

I guess I have never watched him long enough to see this, but GROSS! Does he really blow his nose into the same rag that he wipes the dishes and his hands with?! That is disgusting!

Oh my goodness, I’m so happy to see that it’s not just me who gets queasy when he does that!  Admittedly, I’m a germaphobe, but such blatant disregard for proper hygiene while handling food is beyond off-putting.  His products may be wonderful, and he’s obviously a gifted chef, but I pity the hosts when they have to sample his mucus-flavored morsels! :womanwink:

I definitely agree and it turns my stomach. However, since he acts like the "king" of the chefs, I doubt that he will change. In addition, HSN has already lost 2 famous chefs, so I doubt that they would ever censor him. Too bad that there isn’t a governing body that could shut his shows down for unsanitary conditions.I cecertainly would not want to eat at any of his restaurants. Sometimes, I wonder if the hosts discreetly spit the food out when the camera pans away. Of course, that would only add to the unsanitary conditions. YUCK!!!!

I beg to differ with you, TobyinKY, but the hosts are eating the food as is Wolfgang.  There is no excuse for blowing your nose in a towel and then using the same towel for wiping off dishes and utensils.  Someone at HSN should tell Wolfgang how bad this looks and the hosts eating food off these contaminated plates are looking for trouble.  I have seen contestants disqualified from cooking shows for doing this same thing.

You do realize he is on a set withiout running water, do you not?  You also realize most of this foos has been sitting out at unsafe temperatures for hours and is not worth earing?

The practices in a fake kitchen on TV and actual restaurant kitchen are very different.

This subject comes up every time he is on, but he obviously is not going to change.
But….NO!, I would not eat anything he prepared. I’ll still buy his wares, though.
