What Holiday recipes would you create in your Char-Broil Big Easy?

Brisket! Brisket! And more Brisket! Every time Marc Gill presents the CharBroil Big Easy my mouth starts to drool just a little and my hand quivers as I am tempted to click on "express buy" but I always back out because I’m not sure I could use it by myself. Sad face. 🙁

A  TURKEY LEG MARINATED IN BEER AND HONEY BBQ SAUCE OVERNIGHT AND THAT SHOULD BE REALLY GOOD IN THAT:womanwink:

our favorite recipe is an old one passed on. . wrap ribs and smoke until just about done.

add your favorite barbque sause close again and finish cooking. they will melt in your mouth

Harvest time is here, so I’d have to say turkey, ribs and ham.  Yum!!

Venison is great in the north country. It could be greater smoked. Let’s not forget Minnesota fish. The recipes are not as important as the sharing of the game.  I love morals with a steak and onion. The only good steak has some smoke to it with a bit of garlic salt.

being from the poconos in p.a. My friend smoked wild turkey.I’ll tell you it was the most tender wild turkey i have ever eaten. I can only imangine all the possibilties the char-broil can do.And no matter what meat it is it will always be tender and delicious. must put it on my Christmas list.

Christmas ham,Thanksgiving Turkey,maybe pheasant.

Never liked ribs until I had smoked ribs!!!WOW…succulent!

also,smoked pork for pulled pork sandwiches.YUM!!

It’s a great idea for appetizers in this familly!

Lamb chops red potato sauteed  in red green yellow and orange peppers with red yellow and white onions sauteed in Jack Daniels  barbeque  sauce 

I place salt, pepper and lemon pepper on the slab of Salmon and smoke for 1.0 to 1.5 hr.  Pllace on the grill skin side down and directly on the rack.  This is a delicacy.  

Let’s see what it does with Fish!

 If you sprinkle a little oil on  sliced potatoes. … Will it produce Fries???

 What about Roasted  Ve – ge – Tables??
