OMG! Everything you prepare on this grill is great. Great to take tailgating. I would prepare a London broil seasoned to perfection. Roasted asparagus with grated Parmesan cheese.

Beefy marshmallows of heaven made with love, a beef brisket seasoned then cubed the stirred in an au jus then smile and and wait, yummy!!!!!!!!!!

I place salt, pepper and lemon pepper on the slab of Salmon and smoke for 1.0 to 1.5 hr. Pllace on the grill skin side down and directly on the rack. This is a delicacy.

Never liked ribs until I had smoked ribs!!!WOW…succulent!
also,smoked pork for pulled pork sandwiches.YUM!!
