Do Chef Curtis Stone electrical kitchen items come with prepaid USPS and UPS return shipping labels

For any Chef Curtis Stone small kitchen electric appliance, is there an HSN prepaid UPS and USPS return shipping label provided in the package by HSN when delivered to you, so you can just attach either the HSN prepaid shipping label to the package and fill out the return reason and also include that in your return, and then just easily hand it to your regular USPS postal carrier, or to your UPS carrier when he/she makes in person UPS deliveries to your residence?

“Of course the UPS carrier will scan the item in in front of you when you hand them an HSN return package with a pre-paid HSN UPS return label, and the postal residential mail carrier will accept ithe return with the HSN prepaid return shipping label affixed to the USPS returnif it is small, and the USPS mail carrier will take it to USPS for a prepaid HSN return.

I need to purchase one of Chef Stone’s items as an HSN holiday gift, but do not want any return hassles about returning on my own, and not getting the HSN refund in full credited back to my HSN original method of payment, if the item arrives, is gifted as a holiday gift and truns out to be defective.

Please reply only if you definitely know because calling HSN many times I am given the incorrect return information, or the “I am not sure scenario, which according to consumer satisfaction those responses make HSN shopping not quite the best idea, especially for Holiday gift giving, and HSN C.S. Reps should automatically know if an HSN item comes with a prepaid UPS and USPS return label already packaged and included on the HSN consumer invoice when the item is delivered.

Thanks for your honest reply Kyle, but if I also order a David Cookies cake will that ship out in time and not be delayed. That is a promised holiday gift, so I also need to ask about that too, and also now await your kind honest reply.

Many thanks for your reply, but HSN is losing sales because I would never buy item# 117359 from HSN since it is a heavy kitchen electrical appliance, and paying out of pocket cost with no reimbursement credit to ship it back if defective, is not something I would do……especially not having to pay someone to schlep it to postal and give them $ to cover the pay out of pocket cost, and treat them to a $10.00 lunch for their time.

I shop with home shopping channels since I no longer drive, and am elderly and cannot carry heavy items anymore, can’t walk that well, and have some medical conditions, so with all those issues I am forced to purchase items from companies via the Internet that deliver directly to me, and also always include easy prepaid return shipping labels with each order. delivered to me.

BTW Sarah, I need to ask if I order Curtis Stone’s Spice Grinder will it ship out quickly with no long delays, or is there still a problem with shipping delays, HSN Warehouses and the new HSN computer system that picks some items to ship and does nto ship out all items forcing HSN staff to do manual by hand shipments? ……(I experienced very long shipping delays when I ordered other items recently from HSN, and I would really rather know now, if all of that entire scenario has been addressed and resolved completely, so whatever orders I place as of today, etc will ship quickly to me. PLEASE KINDLY ADVISE REPLY ABOUT THIS……and many thanks again Sarah:).

I typed everything before and hit the post button and nothing posted, so I offer thanks to all HSN C.S. reps who so kindly replied and asked for the item numbers so they could check if all the items I listed include the HSN prepaid USPS and UPS return shipping labels in case the gift recipient gets a defective item and returns it to me.

Below are the 3 items I would like to purchase as holiday gifts Kim, but I only purchase if these items listed below really do come with my HSN invoice, and the HSN UPS and USPS prepaid return shipping labels are also provided and attached to my HSN invoice, in case an item is defective and the gift recipient returns it to me.

Item # 502 164 W.Puck Twist & Mix

Item # 500 366 C. Stone COfee Spice Grinder, and if you have the specs Kim, can you also please reply how many ounces is the stainless steel grinder cup, because no where on the video or product description is that capacity included.

Item # 117 5319 Cuisinart 6 Quart Multi Cooker

Hi Sarah,

I am nterested to know if the three items I listed below with their HSN item numbers come with the HSN prepaid UPS and USPS shipping return labels in the box and attached to the HSN bill, so if item is defective it can be returned to me by the gift recipient and I can fill the prepaid return shipping label out and place the label on the defective package adn just give it in person to my USPS mail carrier, or have my UPS carrier scan the return prepaid HSN UPS shipping label it in in front of me and return it to HSN?

Also when HSN receives the defective item can I get a full refund of the grand total money amount I paid for the item credited back to my Visa card on file without any charge from HSN for the return shipping if the item proves to be defective?

I buy from HSN for convenience of having my items shipped directly to me and then being able to use HSN prepaid UPS and USPS return shipping labes and just hand them to the mailman when he comes to deliver my mail, or to the UPS guy when he delivers my UPS packages.

Forgot to ask the same question for HSN prepaid return shipping labels arriving in the HSN customer’s delivery box for Wolfgang Puck’s small electrical kitchen appliance items like a hand mixer?

Would also like to buy as a holiday gift and again only want to buy if the HSN UPS and USPS prepaid return shipping labels are attached on my HSN invoice when the HSN Wolfgang Puck item is delivered to me.
