One of the Curtis Stone frypans I purchased around December recently developed  sizable bubbles in the finish so it is useless.   I sent a message to HSN Customer Service, but did not hear back. 

Has anyone else had this issue?  

I ordered more pans before this happened and am planning to return them because of unless  this is a one off fluke.    I worry about a health issue.
