Chef Curtis Stone’s indoor smoker
A friend said quite a while ago Chef Stone offered on HSN his indoor smoker which was a pan that came with a rack and and a small metal box with holes so you could place your choice of wood chips inside to smoke foods indoors.
It was stated that it also had a silicone seal on the top cover of the pan so the smoke would not permeate inside the house, and you also had an open close vent on the top cover if you wanted to see a few wisps of smoke escape, to ensure it was working.
It came in a black or red color and was also induction ready, as well as able to work on all cooking surfaces.
Anyone have it, and if yes would you recommend it?
There is a chance I may be able to buy it used from someone selling it, but needed to ask first, and would have preferred to purchase it brand new, but since the item sold out Chef Stone did not offer it for sale on HSN again, and that is a shame, especially if it worked as well as I heard stated it does.
Thanks for any and all replies both pro, and con.
