Broken Wolfgang Puck pressure oven, called protection plus no response

I need help! My oven won’t heat. I called the protection plus. The reply was they would e-mail me a shipping label to send the oven for repair. There is 15 months left on service plan. I you don’t want to honor the contract give me a refund for half the $99 I paid. I will ordr another oven

, I’m sorry this happened, your oven is still covered by our 30 day in-home return program. We will be happy to replace or refund your order if it is received at our warehouse by 6/20/16. You will not be charged the return fee. I’ll be happy to assist you further, just let me know which option you prefer.

What’s different about the Big Shot Plus — wider platform?

I love the Big Shot, just wondering if it’s different enough to warrant an upgrade.

I keep checking for the big shot plus myself. I heard sometime in August HSN was going to get some. Maybe they will have it in the next craft show. That would be nice if it was a todays special or offered in a bundle kit. Like you, I would what others think of it.

I have also asked for the same thing. They replied that they will have before the end of August. Let’s keep our fingers crossed. I have heard so many good things about it, I can’t wait.
