Dear Candice,

I think HSN should do more than the required “add any state warnings with all applicable orders” when it is delevered.

They should talk about it right up front in the pitch. Walk right into it like the do with percription drugs.
There is lead in the RFID and some states they require us to have an attached “a may cuase cancer warning”.
Tell people what the hazard is, if it is interior to the bag and luggage or if there is actully exposure just by handeling it. If there is any risky exposure just by repeated handeling, this should be off on the market. (China is notorious for lead exposure on color retension products by the way) .You can do the disclaimer 100 different ways but by not doing it, HSN and Joy Mangano loose all credibilty and insult and alarm your customer base. Please pass this on the the right people that should know better.
