Just noticed it was mailed today and probably will not get it before I leave.
First I am requesting you to email me your contact information. If you are a manager, you need to hear why I need this product before the 20th. After numerous contacts via telephone, I feel like o am just being pushed to the side.
Secondly, I would like to know why, in full detail, it took from the 5th until today to ship it.

I ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner on 5 Dec and still says the status is packaging. It’s supposed tone here tomorrow. Please advise. We are leaving town on the 20th and need this before I leave.

I, too, am very upset. My order (placed on December 7th) told me "it’s yours"…and I received a confirmation email with a delivery date of December 25th (not sure how that was going to work). The status on my order indicated "extended delivery"…thought it had something to do with the email saying it would be delivered on December 25th (instead of 3-7 days like everything else in my order). Then, 17 days later, on Christmas Eve, I receive an email that they cancelled the order…"We’re sorry…we’ve already sold out of this item"…it took 17 days to know this??? Why didn’t the order status reflect this so that I could shop for this present elsewhere? On December 7th, when I placed the order, I had found this item several different places, but chose to order from HSN because I thought I could trust them to stand by their word. Instead, I get told on Christmas Eve that the item won’t be delivered…ever…and there was no time to shop…I had to give money to the intended recipient…not the personal touch I always provide by shopping for something I know they would like and shows that I have put thought into the gift. I am so incredibly disappointed and upset by this.

I need some one to private message me about my order. My order is not connected with my account. At the time of ordering I could not get my password reset so I continued as a guest. I’ve sent emails to customer service but have yet to receive a reply. I do not know how to start private messages so if someone would private message me I’d appreciate it.

Ordered a tablet and paid extra for shipping to get it by 12/24.
It’s not here and UPS tracking says there can’t even find a package with the tracking number HSN provided.

Yesterday I get a heartless "sorry for ruining your Christmas" email claiming my HSN card won’t be charged and I am getting 5 whole dallars of Spendable Ka$h. To make it even more insulting, I have to use it by Jan 23rd or I loose it. They screwed this up and I’m told here is something to use for your next purchase and then given a deadline to use!!! They have a lot of nerve at Customer Service! The issue was their fault to begin with; assuring me over and over that delivery was to be as promised and then cancelling it because they claimed it was out of stock 10 days after the order was placed. I am not a happy customer! THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME ABOUT THE DELIVERY WHEN, I FEEL, THEY KNEW ABOUT IT THE WHOLE TIME!!! Bet they won’t respond to this either!!!!

I ordered some fudge on Dec 10th. Still says packaging. I would have totally cancelled, and sent something else a few days ago. But because of the packageing status, it does not let you cancel the order. Sent it to my brother for Xmas. Guess he’s not getting a present this year. I am not going to pay for it either.

GreatUncleG, I’m so sorry to hear about what happened to your order. I saw how they kept telling you that it would arrive on time. I don’t understand why you weren’t told earlier that it wasn’t in stock. It’s one thing to get something late, but quite another being told so long after you ordered that you weren’t going to get it at all.
I wanted to post to you to let you know that HSN might not be seeing your posts because you put them ‘inside’ of the box that has your original post on this thread. That makes them show up lower on the page with older posts. I would recommend that you post in the lavender box toward the top of the page. That will put it at the top of the page(just below the post that started this thread). It is easy for new posts to not be read when they are toward the bottom mixed in with posts from days ago.
I hope you can enjoy your holiday in spite of your disappointing experience.
