I ordered the same thing and it’s saying the same. We only have 4 days before the 24th and this is not including sunday, being thay deliveries are not done on Sunday. I really hope it is being shipped soon. I was told its coming from California and its on ground delivery? So these items should have finish being packed and sent out. If we don’t receive confirmation by tomorrow then it may not be here on time B/C I live in Virginia! This would be a real disappointment, especially for your first time customers.

I’m having a similar problem with a Samsung digital camera that I ordered on Dec. 13th (stated delivery date is Dec. 23rd). I have yet to recieve anything from them with a tracking number. If it doesn’t arrive before Christmas, I will cancel the order and delivery will be refused.
The only rhetoric I am receiving is that the order is being processed and it will be delivered on time. If that’s so, where is the tracking number?!?

The things I’ve ordered that have shipped direct have always been on time or early. The fact that it does take ten days is aggravating, but at least they stick to it.

I as well have had the same promise guarantee of being delivered before Christmas. My order still says packaging and was placed on the 16th with a delivery of the 24th. I am not happy with the false guarantee. According to UPS all ground shipping will not be guaranteed by Christmas if the shipment was not received in by the 10th. This is a huge disappointment. As a first time customer I am not happy.

Same boat here (ordered the acer tablets on the 4th), the guaranteed delivery date of the 24th is a joke. UPS the people that actually DO have my package assure me it will NOT be to me by xmas. Another note HSN was not even aware of, UPS would be using USPS to do the final delivery a step that ALWAYS adds a day or two. So disappointed I feel duped by HSN will probably cancel my account. I understand my shipping was free, but if they would have just been honest from the beginning and offered alternative shipping options I would have chosen one so that my son could have his gift on xmas day.
Also their responses to my calls and others on this message board are so phony. The whole well my system shows the 24th is BS since UPS actually has the packages and they are basically throwing HSN under the bus. I’d almost rather they not respond at all here if they are just going to regurgitate the same old crap. Clearly they do not do any customer service training, extreme lack of empathy and robotic responses.

trust me give up no need in worrying about it try other places such as whynotleaseit this is kmart/sears new lease program maybe they will help you get the item you need they helped me after being screwed by hsn on an hp laptop for my daughter also try qvc or shophq they may help too good luck to you and whatever you do put your faith in anyone but HSN unless you want to be disappointed

Yea I just went on the ups website and its says my package will arrive 12-30-14 I had high freakin hopes that my items was going to be here. I don’t understand this BS I ordered on the 3rd that was plenty of time, I wanted to see the excitement on my son face on Christmas day ,guess I’ll just have to wait now ..(excuse me while I go scream in my pillow)

GreatUncleG, I’m so sorry to hear about what happened to your order. I saw how they kept telling you that it would arrive on time. I don’t understand why you weren’t told earlier that it wasn’t in stock. It’s one thing to get something late, but quite another being told so long after you ordered that you weren’t going to get it at all.
I wanted to post to you to let you know that HSN might not be seeing your posts because you put them ‘inside’ of the box that has your original post on this thread. That makes them show up lower on the page with older posts. I would recommend that you post in the lavender box toward the top of the page. That will put it at the top of the page(just below the post that started this thread). It is easy for new posts to not be read when they are toward the bottom mixed in with posts from days ago.
I hope you can enjoy your holiday in spite of your disappointing experience.

I ordered some fudge on Dec 10th. Still says packaging. I would have totally cancelled, and sent something else a few days ago. But because of the packageing status, it does not let you cancel the order. Sent it to my brother for Xmas. Guess he’s not getting a present this year. I am not going to pay for it either.

Yesterday I get a heartless "sorry for ruining your Christmas" email claiming my HSN card won’t be charged and I am getting 5 whole dallars of Spendable Ka$h. To make it even more insulting, I have to use it by Jan 23rd or I loose it. They screwed this up and I’m told here is something to use for your next purchase and then given a deadline to use!!! They have a lot of nerve at Customer Service! The issue was their fault to begin with; assuring me over and over that delivery was to be as promised and then cancelling it because they claimed it was out of stock 10 days after the order was placed. I am not a happy customer! THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME ABOUT THE DELIVERY WHEN, I FEEL, THEY KNEW ABOUT IT THE WHOLE TIME!!! Bet they won’t respond to this either!!!!
