sevilla technibond

I am allergic to alot of junk jewelry.  I love technibond and can wear it.  I am wondering about the sevilla technibond jewelry.  Todays special showed ...silver....yellow...black and rose.   I understand that the black is lack rhodium...and that the yellow is yellow gold...rose..etc.  But what about the silver look...or white gold look?   I hesitate to buy anything from sevilla technibond in silver....cause they dont say its covered in white gold.   

Could technibond consider us women who would love to wear white gold....?

I believe it is platinum plated NEWARK.

If I remember correctly, when technibond was first offered by HSN they had it in white and yellow. However, the white just did not look right and many of us returned it. The white just did not shine, nor did it look like sterling silver, There was no pizzazz. Of course, today, there are more processes and maybe someday we will see a white technibond that will look more authentic.

I just dont understand the idea of technibond. So..the yellow gold items are REALLY silver with 14K YELLOW gold overlays. Correct? Why cant the silver items also be dripped with 14K WHITE gold?

I am allergic to sterling silver. I can wear the sevilla technibond yellow gold….but cant the sevilla silver.

Please Sevilla………make a sterling silver bracelet with 14K white gold.

Hi Newark & Welcome. I recently purchased a technibond bracelet from Sevilla Silver and wear it with a diamond gold bracelet that was a gift several years ago from my husband. You cannot tell which is the real gold it is just that beautiful. I have had no problems with it changing color or the color running onto my wrist. The Item number is 500136. Very comfortable. And no, it is not brassy.

I had not ordered Technibond in yrs but I took a chance on this bracelet.I got it today in sterling silver and the gold technibond and both are beautiful.The bracelet is easily adjustable and is a great size in my opinion..

.I will keep both of them in 1 of Colleen’s non tarnish boxes and I hope they will be just as beautiful several; yrs from now.

Welcome to the forums Newark! I recently gave Technibond another try since it is now under the Sevilla name and so fare so good. I wouldn’t worry about mystery metals in the Sevilla silver, I have had good luck with this line.
