RARITIES TODAY’S SPECIAL…
Noticed Carol Brodie’s Today’s Special doesn’t have a “wait list” on any sizes…does this mean that black spinel and the gemstones she chose are not as “rare” or as “gem quality” as she says? Or is it that the HSN customer can read through her hyperbole and misrepresentations? Just asking….and, by the way, the HSN customer knows, or SHOULD KNOW, that colored diamonds are rated by clarity just as white diamonds are. Shame on you, HSN, for not rating your colored diamonds in this way. We are educated and want to know what we are paying good money for.

Good Value is relative, isn’t it. It is shiny, and lovely, that black spinel. I like it too. I’m just saying that it may not be as rare as Carol says….and the diamonds may be less desirable than we’d like to have for our hard earned dollars. Just asking for a more realistic representation of the things offered. Price point is important to most of us. So is value.

hey you must be right. You are far more attentive shopper. All I saw was “AWWWWW SHINY!!!” To be frank I did not even know there were any diamonds. I got a spinel necklace from the peacock and it shines and I want more. I am sure it is not rare. I am sure there’s lots of it somewhere out there.
To be frank, I do not watch much HSN on TV. I watched maybe 5 minutes of this presentation. I get annoyed and overstimulated by the professionally excited show hosts. But I love shiny.
So – you think the TS was not a good value, then?
