HELLO TO ALL :smileyhappy: JUST WANT TO SAY HOW MUCH I REALLY ENJOYED READING FROM TAMRICK TO OHOHOH! SOMEONE SHOULD START A THREAD ON THIS KIND OF TOPIC…… just my humble opinion! VERY INFORMATIVE INDEED!!! THANK YOU! =)

I’m relieved I didn’t buy one either. Even if they had great reviews I wouldn’t be tempted. I love my current system and have no desire to try anything else. I’m sorry so many customers were duped. I do have friends who owned the original version of Joy’s mop and loved it. Greed has caused many a great product to be redesigned/made cheaply. Joy I still love your hangers and mini steamer!

I didn’t buy either Tamrick! (thank goodness after I tallied up the mop, bucket, extra heads, tax, shipping it came upwards of 60 bucks!!) Oh yes the couture color gold too! LOLOL Can someone PLEASE tell me what is couture about a gold mop? Am I supposed to wear it? Is mine better because it is gold? Clever marketing and timing with the movie coming out and all the hype. The cancel button was my saving grace that night. I am so very sad about those who purchased in good faith and were disappointed as it was NOT the last mop they will ever have to own…..obviously…..signed not floppy wiv any couture moppy. Hehehe ya’ll have a great day savy ishoppers and keep on teling it like it is! I appreciate your fair assessment anytime.

That’s fine, thisgoesto, but that is for USA. The microbeads found in salt were from China. Does this law apply to countries with populations larger than USA? Doubtful. We get more laws–they do the opposite. Disgusting.

Mooncat3, H.R. 1321, the Microbead-Free Waters Act of 2015, was signed into federal law 12/28/15. Manufacturers have to stop using the beads by 7/1/17.

Also terrible for the earth and banned in some places are the plastic "pearls" that the cosmetic industry is using…also sold on hsn. :catsad:

Ronnie–that could be a whole new thread–Today’s Garbage Food. If people only knew…
Plastic bottle decomposition—450 to 1000 years.

harpdurp.,….yes that is disturbing. Plastic will be around long after we’re gone. Here’s one for you that you probably didn’t know. Read years ago that soy is used in the production of plastic. Something to do with the gelling process if I understood it correctly. Warning was that soy promotes gelling and could be a factor in obesity. The good Dr on TV said to an audience attendant that the pros outweigh the cons. But the guy from OZ wouldn’t bring up any of the cons because his show was promoting soy as something good for you. How can it be good for you if they use it to make plastic. To this day I won’t ingest anything with soy….Ronnie

Ronnie–I didn’t wanna bring this issue up because it sounds kind of confrontational to business–but shortly after this mop fiasco occurred, I read an article stating that "one truckload of plastic rubbish is dumped into the ocean every minute". "By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish". I’ve also read that plastic beads have been found in sea salt. SO DISTURBING.

:womanlol: lol! … Ronnie.
The 1s. are testifying. They are showing Up! They are coming in from the north, south and from way out west. They are not stopping and they won’t be denied. . . . 2.1% ?
