To Deb Guyot:

I purchased this necklace in the pink color and had to return it because one of the faceted sides was chipped and also looked black. I exchanged it for the cognac one because they were out of pink and I just got it today. Upon looking at the herkimer at least 3 of the faceted sides are rough and one side looks chipped and also one side that is straight across is scratched or chipped. I know these are organic stones and they have some imperfections inside the stone but why aren’t the faceted sides ALL smooth? This can catch on your clothes.

This cognac necklace is very pretty but I would like to get one that is made correctly. Please advise me so I can decide what to do.
