I bought the "Kachina" Turquoise necklace by Iris Apfel

I bought this several weeks ago and just wore it today. I noticed the leather tie are smaller than the holders in the back which makes it fall to the bottom on the necklace. She shows in the video you pull the leather straps to any spot you want it to hang hi or low on the neck. I saw another person wrote a review saying theirs was the same way. I dont want to send it back , I have done to much of that so far. I got a twisty tie and tied it so it would stay put but $80 is a lot to spend to use a twisty tie on your piece. Why dont they check what is being sold and see it they work???
