I’d like to make a little change to this Thread to include any Problems and/or Complaints with any of Heidi’s products. I’m sure they will be few and far between, and we’re all mature enough to respond acccordingly.
PICS are more than welcome, and the more the merrier… after all, a picture is worth a thousand-words; so, get those photos of Heidi’s pretties posted!
Quick Warranty / Repair Information: if you have a problem with any of Heidi’s jewelery, she can be reached at 1-800-416-6004. I can personally attest to the fact that Heidi stands behind all her jewelry and will make right whatever goes wrong. So, make that call to get your Heidi jewelry back in working order.

I clicked on New Arrivals just for the heck of it and the Heidi Daus rings just about knocked my socks off (the ones with the cats, socks not rings). I just am not buying anymore jewelry because I have so much, more than I will ever wear and I’m holding firm. BUT a stroll through the Heidi section sure makes my knees and resolve weaken. You ladies who are still buying her things, how in the world do you ever decide what to buy? I think the rings are very reasonable, too. Watching her present jewelry is better than a movie. Get your pop corn ready, charge cards out, and settle in for a treat or two. I can still watch. :heart:

Omg, did you all see what gorgeousness did Heidi bring for her anniversary with HSN?! I’m in awe for all the new pins and some of the earrings, necklaces and the rest. Not all of them though. But I think there’s someting for every taste. <3 <3

Thursday, Sept 8-2016… Just bought Heidi’s ‘Windsor Tassels’ Earrings in ‘Jet’ (Black). They’re on sale for $29.95 + $3 s/h, (plus 2-Flex if you use your HSN Card). I got the Blue ones back in February when they were on sale then, but not at this even greater price. They’re very long, 3-1/2″. I love them! Don’t have to wear a necklace when wearing these Earrings… they steal the show all by themselves. *vbs*

Sep 12 Heidi Daus Today’s special!! I just checked the online program guide and it showed item 503-915, Collector’s Edition Beaded crystal Bib Drop Necklace.
Maybe this will be her TS?? It comes 5 colors: Amethyst, Aqua, Clear, Fushia, and Smoky topaz. This necklace has a magnetic dome center drop, so you can wear with the crystal drop or not or interchange if you buy multiples. $ 129.
? the month of TS offers (just brands not actual item) is posted under HSN Card, Calendar of Offers. I always look to see when brands I like are having a TS. HSN always has special event prices for that brand for a few days, so I wait to shop when they are the Today’s Special brand. It can save a few dollars.

I THINK I FIGURED OUT what the TS is going to be! On tsc.ca there is a piece that comes in a bunch of different colours, i am thinking its going to be the Guilty Pleasure necklace. It may be called something different for HSN but she doesnt usually make 5 colours in a piece unless its going to be a TS!

Did you know that under MY ACCOUNT a list of everything you have purchased on flexpay is available for your records? Well, I didn’t and just found it!Go to: MY ACCOUNT and click on it for the drop-down list.Choose FLEXPAY MANAGER. There are your orders, with a picture, of what you purchased. You have an option to Hide Fully Paid Orders or see All OrdersIf you look to the right of that screen see: VIEW SUMMARY click on that and you have the option of choosing either of two formats with no photos.1.) orders by date of purchase or 2.) or by payment method. With this one there are all your orders listed for you separated by which credit card you used for the flexpay.Love it! Thank you HSN!!!Sally
