It’s been ages since I’ve purchased a piece of Heidi’s, but I fell in love with a spider necklace (379274), now sold out.  It arrived today, and I could hear bits rattling around in the box even before I opened the package.  The beads were unstrung on one side and loose in the package.  From the bar code on the box it hadn’t been a return, so I assume something happened in the mail.  It did take a long time to arrive here in California–I ordered on Dec. 23rd–so heaven knows what it was subjected to en route!  Such a disappointment, as this piece really "spoke" to me.

I really love it and do not want to return it.  I’ve never had to use the warranty, so just wanted to check with you–do I just fill it out and send it to the New Jersey address?  Do you know if HSN ever reimburses postage/insurance if that is done, or only in the case of returning the item to HSN, I assume?  

I’m not an HSN novice (20 years a customer!), but just wanted to check if there were any special tips from the pros.  Thanks so much, and Happy New Year!

unfortunately heidi’s december visit is now over. she’s going to be back in january 2016. more specifically, january 24,25,26. this includes a ts on the 25th. so exciting. can’t wait. love it. happy holidays everyone!! see you all in the new year 2016!! xoxo

My order of Heidi’s "Jewelry Envy" suite was transfered from USP to Surepost and then misdirected to the wrong postoffice!  I still haven’t gotten it 5-days after it left the distribution center in VA.  I usually get orders in 2-days. I wouldn’t gripe about the delay but I missed wearing the beautiful set to the big Christmas party of the season!  Very disappointed!    Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

It’s back! Heidi Daus “Premiere Attraction” Interchangeable Necklace Combo, Item 450-917, $149.95, right now all colors, both sizes. Thank you for the opportunity to buy this again!

In August 2014 I purchased Heidi’s “Tantalizing” RIng in every color. Just the right ring when you want just a little bling. It is very comfortable and easy to wear.  This is one of my go to rings.  I use it sometimes as a wedding band. Versatility is one of it’s many charms.  It runs true to size.

I also purchased the matching earrings, bracelets (which were a set of 3) and the necklace in each color.  At the time I purchased these suites, they were listed as “Tantalizing Trio”.  Either the bracelet trio or necklace were offered as a TS and it was all down hill from there for me.  The suites came in pink/aubergine, blue, jonquil and cream.  All are exquisite. This is one of Heidi’s more subdued suites. Just as lovely as anything else she has created. But, sometimes one needs just a little “something” without being over the top and this suite meets the need.

It’s one of Heidi’s more ‘demure’ rings; which I needed so as to not compete with the stand-out necklaces of hers that I wear. I got the Aubergine, shown below, but it also comes in Black, Light Grey, and Goldtone (which has Amethyst, Topaz, and Olivine crystals).

Wednesday, November 18-2015… I also received the ‘Distinguished Opulence’ Necklace & Earring Set, (see Review below), and, am sorry to say, I’m sending it back. I bought it for my sister as a Christmas present. I decided to replace this set with Heidi’s Dogwood Necklace. It’s on sale, and, I got to use the $15-off Coupon, so, a good deal. I also have a pair of Heidi’s ‘Simply Sophisticated’ Earrings in the Aubergine, so, will send those along with the Necklace.

Not Up To Heidi Standards

I so loved this set when I saw it. But, when I got it home, it was quite a different story. The Toggle refuses lay properly, (keeps wanting to flip to the other side), thus causing the Heart to be kind of cockeyed. Also, the Saddleback Closures on the Earrings are horrid. There is so little space for your earlobe, that it is quite difficult to snap the Closure into place. I struggled with this to the point of my earlobes hurting and said, ‘that’s enough!’ Sadly, I returned this Set.

Absolutely Spectacular! but note the Bracelet

THREE PIECES for the Price of ONE? WOW! The BRACELET runs a little small. I had to use the Extender, otherwise it’s too tight, (I wear a 7-1/4″). The MONTANA is a TRUE BLUE, no green undertones. The SMOKY is a TRUE BROWN as well, no green undertones. The EARRINGS ARE NOT heavy. They are the most comfortable of any Heidi earrings I own. The NECKLACE can be worn as a Choker, or longer if need be, and lays properly against the neckline either way. The Beauty goes without saying. A STUNNING SET!

Classic Elegance

This Ring is just plain gorgeous. It’s understated ELEGANCE makes it a ‘CLASSIC’ piece of jewelry. If you want a Ring that screams ‘OLD MONEY’, then this is the Ring for you! I got the Montana Blue and Smoky Quartz, (with matching Sets). But, make no mistake, these Rings are STUNNING enough to stand on their own. They are True-To-Size, no Turning on the finger, and are Ring-finger worthy. The entire TS ensemble was a screamin’ deal! I so wish Heidi would make more complete suites like this!

Last year’s scandinavian snowflake sold as necklace is now available as pin on Hedi’s site. Got in the white; love a whole lot.
