My “Would You Be Mine” heart necklace is OFD (USPS) and I should have pictures up on Flickr mid-afternoon (EST). I’ll edit this post with a review once it’s been received. EDIT ? Wow! (Picture is on Flickr) What a killer, killer, killer necklace. The simulated pearls are 12mm and it is bold yet still very wearable. I LOVE IT!!!!!!

Mine was in that box I mentioned yesterday (along with the matching earrings), and it’s a winner for me! I’m a fan of heart jewelry anyway, tho. It’s so elegant and well designed, imo – I’m looking forward to reading your thoughts about it.

Chinnu, usually there is event pricing during the show, and an item that originally posts for, say, $79.95, might be offered for $69.95 and two flex pays. Sometimes they enter the system at lower pricing (in red), like the new heart necklace I bought. I chose to purchase a few items early this time because there were coupons available which were expiring before the shows. I lost out on flex pay in one or two cases, but got a better discount overall.

Update to all re: shipping –
I looked at the order I mentioned above carefully and now it shows discounted shipping for four items (and full price shipping for the highest shipping item, the handbag, just as has been the usual case when multiple items ship in one box). I know at the time I ordered them it showed full-price shipping for each item, so I think what must have happened is that when the order was processed, they credited the shipping to the order accordingly. I wanted to be sure and post this so I wouldn’t mislead any of you!

Hello, ladies. I need some advice from you experienced Heidi Daus /HSN shoppers (I’m a newbie). When new HD items appear on HSN before Heidi’s appearance, some are on sale, some aren’t. Do these prices / promotions change during Heidi’s actual appearance on HSN or will the prices be the same on the show? I’m wondering if I should buy in advance at the current prices, or hold off in case there might be some promotion / price reductions during the show. What’s the best strategy? There are so many things I want…. sigh. Thanks for your help.

Re: buy more and save, I’ve noticed this the last several weeks. In fact, I ordered a few things from the newest offerings on the same day, and paid separate shipping for each item. I checked tracking today and they all have the SAME tracking number! I was wondering if they would come in separate boxes, but NO. They are OFD so I will see it myself for sure this afternoon, but the order included a few different jewelry items and a handbag (all with the same tracking number, and exorbitant shipping when it boils down to the expected ONE box). valleygirl, TerryM07, I agree with you re. the bead size and especially the wrist size. Some of Heidi’s bead necklaces have beads that are just too big for my taste. Wrist size is definitely one of my pet peeves. “Average wrist” is meaningless. I wish Heidi would make bracelets for petite wrists. I do so want to wear some of her gorgeous bracelets and cuffs but her small sizes of 6.5″-7″ are way too big for my teeny wrist. (valleygirl, by the way, how do you reply to a prior message on this blog and include that previous message as an embedded part of your reply, as you have done above? Thanks.)

THank you Valleygirl for posting all of the information on the new items. One thing that I wish HSN would do would be to add the milimeter size of the beads. Sometimes it is hard to tell if you order before a presentation. Multiple strands of large beads can be heavy or sometimes small beads won’t look as good. Just thinking… Terry

That is one of my pet-peeves, along with not showing the clasps on bracelets. I don’t know why they don’t provide a look at clasps, not even during the presentation do they, in fact, it’s like they deliberately hide it from view.

My only other pet-peeve is the definition of an “average” wrist. What is that??? Why don’t these hosts know exactly what their wrist measures and then state what it is—-I don’t get that. They seem to think the fear is being too small, when it’s more a fear of falling off (meaning way too big).
