Cpngratulations on your Heidi purchases!! Don’t worry about the warranty – she stands behind everything. I’ve personally had experience with her CS, and they are the best. If you ever have any issues, just e-mail them, and they will help you! :d/

Has anyone who’s getting the charm autoshipments received their May charm yet? According to the schedule, it was supposed to ship on 5/4, but so far, I don’t see any indication it’s shipped. I thought maybe it was delayed, but thought I’d ask.

Well, got lucky and finally got the NO MONKEY BUSINESS earrings to match the monkey necklace I recently got. I got real lucky because as soon as I purchased it I went back to look at it online, and it said SOLD OUT. WHEW….got them by the skin of my teeth. LOL. Maybe someday I will get the bracelet to match. Looking at that dynamite lion jungle set too!

littlemo, I ship almost everything USPS just because it’s more convenient to me. I don’t think it matters, though. They have a fast turnaround and are great to work with! As far as the next show, I think she has some pieces in the Huntsman event, but beyond that, I’m not sure. I have warrenty cards for both, but was wondering how you sent them back to Heidi. Mail or ups and how long does it usally take to have them repaired. Thanks….ps does anyone know when Heidi will have her next shows?

Hey there, littlemo!! I’ve only had occassion to invoke my Heidi warranty a couple of times over the years, but I shipped back ups just cause i’m not nuts about usps. I had my goodies back in less than a week…as i recall, one was missing a stone, and one was delivered by hsn with a broken strand. Heidi has most excellent customer service. might mention that in both cases, i emailed heidi’s folks before i returned.
for the final question- i believe her next show is may 30…how ’bout it heidi gals??

Forgot to add that the Shimmering Dragon bracelet is awesome also. She really knows how to make jewelry that while very sparkly and bold, are still able to be worn every day. I think using bronze helps tone down the glitz so they have a classy feel and fanciful style at the same time. When is she bringing out the new loot? I will be thinking about you on Mother’s Day opening your new Heidi Daus set-have a great Mother’s Day!

Received my Heidi Daus jewelery yesterday. OOH LA LA!!! Even more beautiful in person.The size of the monkey is perfect, will standout without being overbearing, I really am crazy about this piece. The colors in the exotic orchid and the feather necklaces are phenomenal.The 2 pair of earrings I got will match the necklaces also. So glad she makes things that can be incorporated with other pieces, especially when the exact matching pair of earrings are sold out.

So glad to hear you like your new sparkles. That monkey sure is something else. I just love him. I received a package as well, but can’t look till Mothers Day. I wish it was the end of May already. Can’t wait to see the new loot coming out.
