Hi Starel – I’ll be on tonight at the time you mentioned. Thank you! Someone on the coupon sharing forum gave me one coupon so I only need one more. I am trying to acquire the earrings, necklace and bracelet of the Forget Me Knot set and I have yet to order the bracelet. It sure adds up quickly, I really appreciate you helping me out.

Oh Starel I’d love a couple of coupons. I had three but used one on a damaged item and the other two items I ordered didn’t suit me at all, so had to return them. I didn’t ask for the coupons used on the returned items to be reactivated, just the damaged one. I felt badly I had wasted the 15% off coupons on two returns though. I don’t return many things either. Darn!

I’ll keep checking this forum. If you can tell me when you’ll be online I’ll be here.

Hi 20Wiglover – all the spin2win game coupons expire on Aug 31st, so the only chance of using these are if there are any of Heidi’s collections for September posted online before then….I’ve been checking every day and don’t see any new items posted yet.

I have been posting coupons to the other thread in the forum, so please let me know when you might be online and I’ll post some for you here if you like.

Do you suppose any different stuff will go on clearance? Still hanging on to a couple of coupons, but don’t they expire the end of the month???

Hi Toolate – I haven’t heard when Heidi’s Sept. presentation will be. I do know your coupon expiration date is on the coupon – probably the end of Aug like mine was.
I am hoping people holding coupons will post them before the expiration date. I keep checking in, but no luck.

I spent my coupon on an expensive cuff bracelet that came damaged – 3 large stones missing. A woman in customer service first refused to reinstate the coupon used on the damaged return. Then grudgingly did, but said she had put a note in my file not to ever again reinstate a coupon for me. Why she was so rude I don’t know. I thought she had an uncalled for, unpleasant attitude towards a very good customer.

When I mentioned I probably had received a return, she became very defensive and told me, “HSN NEVER sends out returns! All returns are sent to HSN outlet stores.” Outlet stores? I’ve never heard of HSN outlet stores before. We all know the HSN warehouse DOES send out returns. Once, I received the same, still damaged, necklace back 3 times. How do I know? I put a small dot of red nail polish inside the clasp so knew it was the same broken one! I finally just kept the damaged item and sent it to Heidi for repair – got it back like new within a week.

I am not badmouthing HSN, all in all considering the amount of purchases I have made in the last few years, the experience has been good. It’s only the second time I have gotten a power-mad customer service person – so that’s pretty good.

As for Heidi, Gail and the people at Heidi Daus Designs. I know their company to be very ethical. They take their guarantee seriously and stand behind everything they sell. In my experience, any repair sent directly to them comes back very quickly in perfect condition.

Anyone else know of HSN Outlet Stores?

Hi Heidi Gals – I haven’t posted for a while but I’ve been lurking.

Just wanted to give a heads-up re(Item: 175-856)“Tailored Elegance” Cuff. Thought I’d take a look at it because it’s on Event Pricing right now. It came today and Wow! is this a sleeper! It looks totally real, sparkles, glitters and the colorway is gorgeous. I wasn’t very impressed with the photo so passed it over many times. Liking blue tones, I did order the earrings then cancelled them. Darn! They’re gone now.

Don’t be put off by the, listed, smaller measurements, I usually wear a Large and the M/L fits me just fine. I usually like Heidi’s bracelets/bangles/cuffs and haven’t returned very many, but this one I LOVE.

Another thing, I did order the Dare to Wear necklace and the center crystal is HUMONGOUS. If it had been the size of the Damoiselle necklace crystal I would have kept it, because the design is lovely. However, when I put it on, I felt the crystal wore me so did not dare to wear. It’s beautiful with the pearl necklace though.

Dare to Wear earrings are a nice size and a lovely design, though a bit heavy. Good thing they are clips.
