Heidi Daus -2012- FAN thread- warranty info, questions and answers, reviews and fun chatter!

I am new here but not on QVC forum. I have several pieces of Heide’s that I need to send in for repair. I have some of the tiny warranty cards but not all. Also I don’t have the HSN order form although I ordered all items from HSN. There is a record in HSN offices somewhere. What do I do? Thank you in advance for your help.

OOh the new Heidi pieces are appearing. Love the smaller pumpkin pin — more versatile than the large one from last year.

Where is the kind lady who posts photos of Heidi’s newest pieces on flicr? I am wondering if there is a sunflower pin instead of the necklace that just posted. Also does anyone have coupons that expire tomorrow that they are not using? Could really help on Heidi’s more expensive pieces.

Hi Sally, so glad toolate helped you out (thanks toolate). Love your update on your fur babies, it’s so hard to see our pets in less-than-ideal health isn’t it?

Work is work, so I love my Heidi jewelry that helps to remind me to smile and enjoy – the sparkle and splendour in her pieces make it hard to be unhappy.

I have the Forget Me Knot necklace and earrings when she brought these in December and they are lovely – understated and elegant and the combination of turquoise and capri blue is a stunner…Heidi said her youngest picked the color combination(!)….you are sure to love the set.

I’m sorry you had a rough day at work Starel, thank you anyway. Toolate came on and helped me out – bless her – so I went off to bed.

I have 14 and 15-yr old Standard Poodles and have to walk them in the early mornings before it gets hot and humid. The oldest one had a small stroke and has problems with her back legs so totters along. Their doctor says it’s important to keep them moving so I try and make life easy for them.

I now have ordered the Forget Me Knot set and I am hoping I love it. It looked casual and wearable in the presentation. One has to be aware all items do not “glow” at home the way they do, in presentations, under intense studio lighting. This set is not really a bling item, the design is great and it is full of blue color. It should be great for daytime wear. That is not to say I’m against a little daytime sparkle. lol
