Heidi Daus -2012- FAN thread- warranty info, questions and answers, reviews and fun chatter!

Despite promising myself I would be good, this morning, I placed an order for Heidi’s, beautiful, Beyond Belief bracelet using a coupon. The order went through and when I clicked on the receipt, the total showed $185 more than the full price item without the coupon. I was just starting to copy the order number when the screen flickered and up came a new, blank, order screen. I went to Order Status and the order was not recorded so I called CS and they had no record of the order either, despite an order number having being shown. They then tried looking up the coupon number (thank goodness I still had it) and it showed had I used it and when. So, they reinstated it and I reordered.

I wonder if HSN is having computer problems? When I was playing the Spin game this morning it dumped me off into the arcade after 4 spins and no, I hadn’t won anything. CS could do nothing about that.

I wonder if anyone else has had a problem. Watch the numbers on your receipts and be sure they’re correct.

Thanks SO MUCH for this tip!! I didn’t think I could do that, since I used a coupon the buy it. But they refunded $40 to me!! So I got $80 off that GORGEOUS necklace!! I got it two days ago, and it is simply divine. It is a heavy piece, but there are crystals sprinkled throughout the station that you don’t see online. I love that the pearls are three different colors, so it adds so much depth to the piece. The earrings are simple, and I think it would be too too much if you went with a bigger and more ornate earring. It is stunning!!!! :d/ =!s>

Yes – GG = Georgiaga. I miss her, too!! She was the one who always got me so excited about Heidi’s visits!! The temptation is hard, though. I’m really trying to limit myself to the pieces that I absolutely flip out over. The turkey pin and the Brilliant Baubles necklace and bracelet fit the bill on that. And they are beautiful!! You’ll have to let me know how you like your new piece. :d/

Oh, and yes, HSN shipping does seem to be faster. It was really fast a few years ago, then got very slow. I think it’s back to being pretty fast. I uually get my items within about four to five days from my order. =d>

Hi I bought Heidi aus jewlery about 4 yrs back. The earrings are broken. I was wondering if her warranty covers it. Because I was moving, I did not save the original boxes. I will appreciate any help. Thank you for reading my first forum

Rushmi – HD jewelry comes with a LIFETIME warranty, that;s the beauty of owning her pieces (‘scuse the pun) I would give them a call and explain the damage and see if it is covered. I love pearls, too, which is why I was so attracted to this set. I’m interested to see how the post earrings look. I imagine since the necklace is really a statement piece, she didn’t want the earrings to compete for attention.

It looks like there is a lot more that is “event priced” today. I did pick up the corn pin, as I have been eyeing that for awhile, but couldn’t justify the price. I really do love the turkey pin!! :d/
