Just an observation…. while I’m a huge Heidi fan, and have hundreds of pieces, her jewelry used to have a brushed brass finish. Now everything is very shiny and very gold looking, not the antique look I had always loved.

If this continues I won’t be buying much anymore – I’m sure my husband won’t mind – but this makes me very sad!

Anyone else have an opinion?

    If you ever want someone with more artistic designs, please contact me! I love your style and would love to draw a few ideas for you. Again, creative designs run in my blood and I understand your style, just don’t have the skill to put these ideas out there for others to enjoy. My re-order of the size small/medium  "Everyday Chic" bangle arrived today and it fits perfectly.  I have a 71/4" wrist and the large was waaay to big, so these bangles run larger than usual.  The red with the crystals is smashing!  Love it!

I also received my Heidi Dynasty green jade ring.  It had a lot of white through it.  I’ve sent it back for another one.  Has anyone else gotten the jade set?

My "Everyday Chic" (340-415) red, cuff bracelet arrived.  I had ordered the large and it was way to large for my 7+ wrist, so I sent it back and ordered the sm/med.  Hopefully, it will work for me as the bracelet is unusual and very beautiful in red.  It looks great with the Bridge of Locks set too.

Having been on the bridges with all the locks in France and Luthuiana I had to have the "Bridge of Locks"set.  The earrings are very very light, which is great as I cannot wear heavy earrings no matter how much I love them.

Hope all of you are having a great summer.  I just had one week of company so went to Charleston.  After they left I found someone had tried to hack into my email and Windows doc files so windows had locked them.  After multiple calls to, I believe I was speaking to someone in India, it is now up and running. What a mess, I found out how dependent I was on information in my computer!

I have 32  Heidi rings. If not a couple more. When I first came to HSN it was to look at rings. IMA ring nut. And if memory serves me right, her rings were the first ones I bought. I love them. Most of the time I go right to her and see whats new. One of the last ones I bought, the stone was gigantic. In my review I said it was a defense mechanism. Not sure now if mechanism was the right word. I put it on my right hand and another big ring, that I adore. I said to my husband, " now it wouldn’t be wise to pi$$ me off with these babies on."  He just  stared at me,he didn’t say a word, of course I started laughing. With the kind of husband I have that kind of situation will never happen. I have read were some are unhappy. Were her rings and other jewelry made in USA? Now China, and some have mentioned the color of the setting/mountings. It is sad to buy outside of this great country of ours. But, what you going to do? I will continue to buy her awesome rings.

I wear my Heidi jewelry all the time, everyday.  It’s become "my style" and my friends enjoy and expect it.  If asked, I simply say, "I’m not saving my jewelry for someone else to wear when I’m gone."  We’ve all heard – "Life is short wear your jewelry."  So I do.

I just ordered the Bridge of Locks (340-340) necklace and the earrings to match (343-555) They are so colorful and rather tailored so certinally can be worn in the day.

I also ordered the Queen of The Nile (340-382) Necklace.  This one is a killer – does Heidi ever run out of ideas???  Nooooo!  So far no earrings to march but I have some of her coral ones so am fine with those.

Anyone else been shopping?

I wasn’t able to use a reply, but wanted to say a few things about Heidi Daus’s jewelry and hope to help bring everyday customers and this line of jewelry together.

I also love the artwork which is show in her pieces, although I’m in the average middleclass, so I understand going  from day-time/work-time… nightwear/office/party wear…make me dazzle/date wear and yes, I think there should be areas for this, but it shouldn’t take away from the artwork. The artwork should fit the time and occasion. Now, on the other hand, many of these pieces can be blended into everyday wear with the right clothing. I would love to design a few items for everyday people, but I don’t make jewelry, only draw items I would like. May I ask if you have tried wearing one of the bold pieces for everyday outings?? The price is more of my personal issue and I do understand the work which goes into them, although it isn’t within average cost for me. 

I ADORE my HD jewelry!  Sadly, the metal on a couple of my pieces seems to be getting darker.  Does anybody know what causes this, and if it’s possible to get it back to the original color?

That Speechless necklace is to die for! I was a bit worried when I read reviews, though, so I opted for the Queen of the Jungle necklace instead. I ordered the Animal Instinct ring to wear with it, and can’t wait to get them both. Hope everyone has a wonderful 2014!

HNY to you too, 20WIGLOVER.  I just saw the "Queen of the Jungle" necklace.  It looks like a royal crest.  Very distinguished.  I’d have a hard time deciding which to keep if I got both.  It would have to be one or the other.  As it is, I’m not sure I’ll get a lot of wear out of the "Speechless" but it sure is wonderful to see on display.  It seems to meld nicely to any garment, like it was worked into the design and isn’t really a necklace but an attached collar.  This was my first HD necklace.  I have a lot of her pins but always shied away from anything else.  So, what do I do? I get the biggest statement piece of all.  It’s so unique and elegant even if it is over-the-top.  I couldn’t resist.

LNY, thanks for posting all those coupons.  I had a lot left over myself.  I had no idea you could transfer them.  I thought they were coded for use only by the winner.

I bought the Speechless necklace and this is the review I left:

I’ve never seen anything like it except in the movies — My Fair Lady comes to mind.  I just got it and put it on over the sweatshirt I was wearing –LOL.  WOW!!  Just incredible and beyond impressive.  It just transforms you.  I do wonder how many times I could were this.  The other thing is that it is very very heavy.  Also Heidi should have fanned out the ends or added a verticle segment to each end so the ends would drape better on the back. The way it is now, the weight tends to slide the ends forward over the shoulders and that bunches up the necklace somewhat in the front. I have to keep adjusting it.  Maybe it’s too short around for me.  I also think the ends could have been better finished with the scalloped edge, like the bottom, instead of abruptly cutting off straight. Other than that, it is well made.  Looks rich beyond belief.
