Here’s a heads-up for newbies. Quite a few of Heidi’s prices dropped last evening. Scroll through Heidi’s site and see if the price has dropped on jewelry you’ve recently purchased. HSN’s customer service will refund the difference from the original price if it has not been more than 30 days. One day over 30 days and you don’t get the price adjustment refund!
Once customer service knows who you are and has your account on their screen, all they need is the item number to find your sale information and do a price adjustment. Even if you have used a coupon they will adjust from the original price. HSN is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can also keep up on price changes by clicking on the ‘favorites heart’ (it will turn red when clicked) of any item you’ve purchased or got your eye on. The item will be saved in your ‘favorites file’ and if the price drops, you will be notified with an ‘alert’ notice when you sign in. This is great for not losing out on an price adjustment refund.
Another thing I just found out and I’ve been buying from HSN for years! When you are done on the HSN site click on ACCOUNT at the top of the screen and click on SIGN OUT (it’s in red at the top of that section), this will close your account on line. If you don’t, your account will stay open. Yikes!!! Why didn’t I know this?!

I ordered the Fairytale forest comb (406-321) and the Hair does your Garden grown comb…(339-410 sold out) this one i find sticks out farther from the head so its a little tricky to get it to look as good as the comb…but both are stunning!!!

Favorite Heidi piece…that’s tough. I really love the master clasp in hematite but I just got the artful antiquity necklace after drooling over it for months and the picture does not do it justice. It is stunning.

Tuesday, June 2-2015… Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, (after flipping for Heidi’s Heartthrob Pin 409-256), I received her ‘Black Tie Affair’ Choker (374-623) and ‘Chic Stackables’ Earrings (361-966) today.
As I recall, there was a thread somewhere that asked what our favourite Heidi piece was and, if I’m not mistaken, I didn’t respond because I just couldn’t choose… I love them all so much. Well, now I can… it’s this Choker!
I just can’t express how exquisite it is. If I had to give up ALL my Heidi except for one piece, this would be the one I would keep. It is so classy, so elegant, so chic, so sophisticated that I’m beside myself. It feels as tho it’s the piece of jewelry I’ve been waiting for all my life. My only regret is that it isn’t offered in any other colours… I’d buy them all! (well, except for green and orange… can’t pull those colours off to save my life *lol*)
In any case, if you’re partial to Chokers, I HIGHLY recommend this one. Oh, and the Earrings are perfect with it. WOW, what a gorgeous ensemble they make!

I finally received my ‘Estate Elegance’ set. Got it in the ‘Clear’. Here is my Review of it…
GOOD NEWS / BAD NEWS
‘I’m 5’3 and the Pendant is TOO BIG/GAUDY for my demure size; but, I knew this going in. I bought the ‘CLEAR’ Set for the NECKLACES– which are fabulous. The PEARL one fits me like a CHOKER– LOVE! The ROPE is longer and very substantial– Heidi’s ‘Swan Song’ Pin is EXQUISITE on it! I waited til a major sale on this Set and used a $15-off Coupon– got a great deal! Alas, the MAGNETIC CLOSURE on the PENDANT’s BAIL is defective– will send to Heidi for repair and then give to my sister who is 5’11.’

I received Heidi’s “Enchanted” and “Fairytale Forest” Hair Combs. Both are beautifully made and can be worn in daytime.My hair is just past my shoulders, so is long enough, but try as I might I can’t seem to create an updo or decent French twist that will hold the weight of Heidi’s ornamental combs. These “jewelry for the hair” combs are heavy, but well balanced, with the extra long teeth.This is what worked for me:Using a covered elastic band, I put my hair up in back in a high ponytail then, turned the ends of the ponytail under to create a poof/bun. Slide a clip through the side of the bun and clip the turned-under ends down using a flat wide metal clip that will hold a lot of hair. Use one that is just plain flat metal, not one that has a push clip under the top.Spread and widen your hair at the elastic so it spreads to gives you the look of a high thick bun. At the back of your head, push the long teeth of the comb up through the middle of the already fastened clip. The flat, metal clip is already full of hair but the teeth will go through; it will be tight and will hold the heavy ornamental part of the comb very securely. It tucks up under your bun and looks like the ornamental top of the comb is a fabulous clip holding up your bun. I wore it all day and it stayed secure. Love these combs!Sally

does anyone own the Bridge of locks necklace? I am having difficulty getting the key to stay inside the lock! When i wear it it unlocks itself! Anyone else having this problem with this toggle necklace?

Hi, all. I enjoy watching Heidi Daus’s appearances so much on HSN, even though
I can’t afford anything from her right now! (hopefully, in the future). She’s such
an artist with her work……very creative, and you can tell she puts a lot of thought
into her designs. I like to do some art things, too, so I really enjoy watching her
explain how she comes up with her jewelry ideas, etc. It’s kinda fascinating!I especially like some of her critter pieces…..she had some rings not too long
ago that were pretty awesome! And her pins are cool, too! Can’t help but make you smile!
