Heidi’s “Reel Mckoi” 118-931 bangle/bracelet gets more feedback then almost any other bracelet I have of hers.  One just popped back in in a med-small size.  I think I know why it’s back. This is a very small sized bracelet, I ordered it (I am a 7” wrist) in a M/S and there was a large gap, it wouldn’t come close to  closing.  I returned it for the M/L which just closed.  For Heidi Fans who have posted they have small wrists and think none of Heidi’s bracelets will work for them, try this one.  People love it!  The little red-white-blue little fish is colorful and so unique! Sally

Could a manager please tell us Heidi’s appearance times in September?

Hi Heidi Gals – The Markdowns and new Clearance items are getting better and better…

I ordered Heidi’s “Crocodile Heidee” 375-117 bypass bangle, it’s adorable and so well made! I bought the M/L and it fits my 7″ wrist perfectly.  The crocodile’s mouth is slightly open so rows of tiny teeth can be seen; the crystals that cover the crocodile/alligator are clear so it sparkles and goes with everything.

Contrary to what one might suppose, it is not that odd to have a Crocodile/Gator wound around one’s wrist. lol  I was having breakfast at a NC Cracker Barrell and a Florida Gator fan tried to buy it off my wrist!   Heidi’s clever bracelets always get a reaction and are so fun to wear!

Tuesday, Aug 18-2015… While watching the ‘Bejeweled’ show with Heidi Daus, Bill Green, & Connie Craig-Carroll this afternoon, I bought the Heidi Daus ‘Easy Does It’ Toggle Bracelet in the Cream colour to go with my ‘Classically Clever’ Necklace in the Cream colour with ‘Clear’ crystals, (this Necklace is also on sale for $59.95 from $99.95 but only available in the Aqua Multi now… no more Cream or Jet… #361-993).

This toggle Bracelet was $59.95 marked down to $34.95… s/h $5.95… and available on 2-Flex of $17.48-ea. It comes in Cream, Turquoise, and Jet in S/M (7-1/4") & M/L (8-1/4"). All the Crystals on the End-caps and Toggle are Clear-coloured.

Why the Classically Clever beaded necklace is not sold out and still available on clearance for $59.95 is a mystery to me!  Is it that the color is shown as Aqua/Multi?  The color refers to the crystals in the clasp, at the back of one’s neck, not the color of the beads.  The beads are a gorgeous very, very light silvery-grey, the look of high-end pearls. One can make every pin/brooch one owns (with either a vertical or horizontal clasp) into a necklace or just wear it as a necklace by itself.  Take a look at 361-933.  It’s a basic for one’s jewelry wardrobe and with what one can do with it, it’s a steal!  What a great gift for someone, think birthdays or Christmas etc…

In my posting photo I’m wearing Heidi’s, Christmas, “Poinsettia” pin on the gold version of the same “Classically Clever” necklace.  I’m having so much fun collecting seasonal or themed pin/brooches.  Heidi’s Halloween pin/brooches will be posting soon and they make, darling, unique necklaces.  I especially love her big pumpkin face brooch, it gets a huge reaction from people.

Hello Ratatat, Heidi has the best warranty in fashion jewelry business. You can email her from her personal website heididausdesigns dot com under CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL US tab on the bottom of her home page or call 888.416.6004  and ask for instructions.

As far as I know, HSN will not help you if it has been over 30 days since you ORDER DATE (not the date you actually received item). I believe Heidi’s warranty covers missing crystals, broken and lost beads, stretched hinges on bracelets, etc. Give it a try. Usual turn around is less than 2 weeks. Hope it helps.

I am sad…love Heidi and her unique jewelry …am addicted to her jewelry…yesterday at work I was sitting at my desk and the faux pearls of my favorite necklace start to fall and bounce off my keyboard and onto the floor….item number 388-351 antiquity cross necklace..I noticed the string and it is very thin…do not know how that thin sting can hold the the many strands of heavy faux pearls…I was devastated….I read some reviews where the same thing has happened to someone else after wearing it twice …and they were able to send it back within the time frame……it has been several months and this is the second time of wearing this gorgeous
necklace. I just wish they would used wire for this particular necklace because of its weight. I love this necklace and don’t know what to do now. So sad.

When is the next show with Heidi? 

Hello, I am new to this site, but I love Heidi’s jewelry!! I bought the blue TS . Wonderful. What I am waiting for and dreaming for is a cuff to match her "batty for you" necklace from last August. It is perfect for Halloween!!! Does anyone know when Heidi usually brings out her Halloween items? Loved the witch pin last year too. I get many compliments on her pieces. Thanks for helping.

 Social Butterfly  – what a shame the TS necklace design didn’t suit you!  It’s a disappointment when that happens but Heidi keeps coming up with new ideas so you can keep looking.

As for me, like Iamshortdiva, I ordered all five.  I also couldn’t decide which one to send back so have kept them all.  I am 5′ 5" with a med frame and they sit perfectly on my neck with no bulge.  Lucky me!  This design is so beautiful and the TS price was soooooooooo great! Now to pay down my cards!  lol

I will try to answer both of your questions. I own Etoile Elagance full set since it was presented over a year ago at full price. It is a combination of Indicolite (transparent deep teal crystals) and Pacific Blue opal – opaque, but very bright color crystals. There are no tanzanite blue, royal blue, sapphire blue, topaz blue or montana blue colors in it. It is a VERY pretty set. 

About the TS. I ordered only the Fuschia/black and it arrived with a crystal missing. Since I was going to return it anyway I test drove it for a couple of hours, to make sure I didn’t want to request a replacement. Price was great. I found that unless you are sitting pretty with your necklace  laying against your chest still – it does not stay that way. At first, I thought something was wrong with me wearing it the wrong way. If you move around even a little bit – it bulges in the middle terribly. A very strange look. I have a small neck and at the shortest length possible it still has room to bulge. Unless your neck is just the right size or even a little bigger than shortest length allows – do not keep all the necklaces.

This was my FIRST TS (I have never bought TS’ because none of them ever "spoke" to me. This one was special. I gave it a try and got burnt. So, UNLESS this necklace FITS YOU – consider problems you might have wearing it. I did keep the TS-matching ring.

I have tried every reason I can think of to give up (return ) at least one of the July TS Necklace set . I purchased all five colors . But try as I may , I cannot let even one go . I  am keeping all five .
