Yes!
On special nights I have a pair of Boots embeded with real diamonds. A Gal has to have some fun after a hard day of work!

I do not know how to reply to someone.. I am an animal lover, horses is my speciality. That is where the Boots/Jeans come from. My Family is southern.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? As far as metals go “all the precious metals apply.” I don’t like 22k or 24k gold though.
Diamonds that are at least G in color or better and not less than VS1 in clarity.
Other Gemstones, gemstones, gemstones. Morganite, Spinel, Sapphire all colors, Ruby, Rubellite, (red) is best for me. Pairaiba Tourmaline, Indicolite Tormaline, Aquamarine, Yellow Beryl, Tanzanite, Garent (all colors), Iolite.
Of all the stones I’ve mentioned I only have morganite, spinel, garnet, iolite and the Diamonds. I don’t want Tanzanite set in sterling silver (I’m waiting for the right one). A really good red rubellite (clean) I have wanted for years. I had plenty of opportunity too. I don’t have Sapphire or Ruby now, because I don’t want them set in silver and I don’t want them to be glass filled.
If I remember anything else, I’ll add. This is a topic right down my alley! Thanks for starting this fund thread.

What a great question B2J4U2! There are so many extremely knowledgeable, serious jewelry/gemstone collectors here I’m really looking forward to their responses. Does your post pertain to favorite jewelry we own, aspirational pieces or both? This is going to take some thought!
Your diamond studded boots sound phenomenal. Are they cowgirl boots? What are they made of? You must have had them specially made for you. What color are they? What is the design? I’m a Texas girl myself with some boots I will never part with…my favorite ones are a dove gray working pair with a butterfly design and a bespoke, turquoise exotic pair with turquoise cabs and the seal of the Cherokee nation. The latter are decades old but will always be my favorite.

Boots2Jeans4u2- So glad to see someone start a new jewelry thread!! We haven’t had one in awhile & I look forward to this. I have gained a lot of valuable information from our prior one that fizzled out but am looking forward to this one! I see snowcollector has already responded, she was a great inspiration to me on the last thread. She & Sheba whom I hope will reply have taught me alot & snow has helped me avoid buying any no no’s. Keep it coming girls!!!! They both started me on becoming a Heidi Daus collector & I do like Jay King.

While I love so many kinds of jewelry, I am drawn to Art Deco pieces and have a nice collection of them. I just can’t seem to resist this style, so I guess this is my favorite jewelry.
I do have two jewelry armiors (one full and one not completely full), three regular jewelry boxes, a watch box and a bangle box pretty much full of different kinds of jewelry, so I do love love love my jewelry collection!

I am really beginning to like opaque stones. I just purchased a beautiful Larimar ring from Michael V and I also have a natural pink untreated sapphire ring I purchased from him. I enjoy his shows and he is very thorough when presenting his pieces so you know what you are getting. I like Iolite, Malachite. I love black hills gold. Hoping the HSN will have this in the future. Thanks for starting this thread. I love rings.:smileyvery-happy:

You are welcome Serenafan. I love Michael V’s pieces.:smileyvery-happy:

Boots2Jeans, wow Diamond studded boots! You go girl!
They sound wonderful.
I just can’t pick a favorite, but love natural stones and pearls.

Andusalite is not hard to find if you mean vitreous andusalite? That’s a beautifuI plehocrohic (like color shift garnet), color change sapphire, etc. I know of a source. It’s sister stone Sillimaite is just as beautiful.
Zultanite/Csarite can be purchasd on JTV. I intend to purchase them all at some point.
I collect some and buy some. Some of the gems are not recommended for settings because of their moh’s hardness factor and are mined, cut, and faceted simply for collection.
Look into Enstatite. Another one that might be of interest is Andesine labrodorite. Not opaque. LOL. Not fond of opaques. It’s a beautiful stone as well.
With all the other beautiful stones mother earth has to offer, what Carol Brodie brings is not rare and are market saturated. I kind of thought the term rarities means you won’t see yourself coming and going with your selection.

Correction for below:
I collect some as stones and I collect some as jewelry.

My son uses his phone for everything. Social media, banking and a whole lot more. Most of his friends don’t wear watches. When he told me he downloaded the app for our bank, I told him he had better be careful. I still stick to the branch banking or own my computer. I think my computer is safer.
