Check on price charged for yesterday’s Heidi Daus bonus buys

 I just checked my status order online to make sure I was given $20 off as they said and it did show a $20 credit .   If anyone did not get that I would let customer service know and they are usually pretty good about correcting mistakes !  I had ordered the ring and $20 was taken off .

I don’t recall anyone saying that. I just remember being told that the bonus buy was $20 off the bracelet or the ring if you purchased the today’s special value. I watched in the afternoon and in the evening. I was charged $89.00 for the bracelet and customer service refunded me the $20.00. I also had a hard time choosing a color and I chose the cream during the 8:00 show with Connie.

Yes the bonus buy was for $ 20, but when I read the details it was different!  The offer was for $10 off the bracelet and $ 10 off the ring, for a total off of $ 20 if both were purchased.  I couldn’t decide which color Newport necklace to order.  I waited until evening to order the red set and by then the red bracelet was on waitlist!  I like cuff style bracelets more than bangle style anyway!  The hosts continued to tell us the bonus buy was $ 20 off, but that was misleading.
