Carol Brodie earrings

I am hoping someone can help me. I purchased two different pairs of Carol Brodie earrings recently.

The orange quartz and the tear drop turquoise matrix earrings. Both pairs have fallen off of me when I attempt to wear them. Don’t think the backing on the earrings is tight enough to hold them securely on my ears. I believe that Carol has come out with a new earring back that will hold them more securely. Do not want to return them. When wearing the turquoise pair recently, the earring fell out and dropped to the floor. The turquoise fell out and now I need to have a jeweler fix that as well. Is there a way to contact Carol’s company to see what they can suggest?

Did you try calling HSN first? They can probably give you a phone number for Rarities and they might give you some credit back for your purchase since you purchased them recently. If the customer service person can’t help, I always ask to speak to a supervisor. They go out of their way to help. 🙂 I wish I had a better answer than that, but I’ve only bought her necklaces and rings before.
