Sorry this happened to you. I missed the deadline for my 20% off coupon it was only good for one day. I asked today if they would honor the coupon (jjust 3 days later) they said no. I am really surprised. I wanted to use it for the pro form desk bike this coupon would basically cover tax on this big ticket item.  I would think that HSN would want the sale and a happy customer. Disappointed:(.

I have not been a select customer since around this time last year.

I look for other buying opportunities that HSN offers that are not for select customers.

For example, the free shipping on min of 50 dollars was awesome.  :womantongue:

Buying from HSN all the time does not make me select.   :womanlol:

So irritated,

received a $15 off coupon for selected customers in by box with my last order. You can use it multiple times for purchases from now until Aug 31st. Doesn’t work when ordering. Called customer service  and they had to manually enter it. I was told I had to call in each time I order. So wanted to order again, called in and by the time I got in, it was sold out. We are told to order on line to speed this up and now can’t do that unless I want to miss out on $15 off. This weekend happens to be some of my best people that I buy from. I guess I won’t be ordering. Maybe you shouldn’t give out coupons if they are not going to be honored or customer service should be able to fix this. I was told that this has to be fixed with marketing which could take a week. So disappointed.
