Well, I don’t do anything yearly, but I do have a very fond memory of making these beautiful giant stockings for all of the grand kids with my mom (my nieces and nephews). Her boyfriend had brought her a large bolt of this red satin like fabric. She had it for a couple of years and and found a big do it your self stocking that she brought home, and we used that as a pattern. Thank goodness she had electric scissors, as I was doing all the cutting, while she was doing all the sewing! They had to measure at least 3 feet tall by almost 2 feet wide. We kept making them until she ran out of fabric. Unfortunately for me, I did not get one before she ran out, but I have the memory, and that is more precious that anything else!

Hello Suzanne!
It’s me again! I just have to say this new Cricut is one amazing machine! I hope to own one someday.
Did you get any rest between sets? Tell Ms. Anna I’m sorry, but I fell asleep this afternoon for a little bit…lol I told her I’d be watching all day. I guess I needed a little cat nap. I hope she got a little rest between sets too!
I just wanted to tell you both, its been a great day! Love all the goodies she brings! Both of you always get my creative juices flowing every time I watch. When your not on air I watch reruns over on the you tube…lol
Maybe by the time this Cricut upgrades again, I will be able to purchase it. Got to pay off that cc a bit more before hand.
If I don’t get to read you again before the holidays, I just want to tell you both Happy Thanksgiving & Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!! May the Lord bless you always!
Thank you for all you do! 🙂

Hello Suzanne!
I have a question? What is an HTML? I was trying to reply to someone on this page and that came up. I don’t know what that means or why my reply didn’t go through. Please help me!

I have 2 questions about the Cricut Air 2. !. I have over 200 Cartridges linked to my
Gypsy, can I still link those to the Air 2? 2. Can I use this with other formats (Android, other notebooks, pads etc.)?

Hi Suzanne. I use my leftover card embellishments and card stock and used wrapping paper to repurpose shopping bags and plain bag bundles you can buy. I just recover them and embellishments to my heart’s content! What fun!!!

The only thing I have made is cards. I am artistic and think I should branch out. I don’t know a good place to start. I’m sure I will get some ideas from HSN’s Craft Event!
My man makes knives out of deer antler sheds. He made me a beautiful envelope opener w an antler handle. I don’t know how I ended up w an outdoorsman!

Suzanne, I’m new to card making. I have no die cutting machine. I had considered getting a Diamond Press but am now considering the TSCricut. Can I really get all the die effects like cool borders on the Cricut? If so, in the end this might be a better value for me.

Suzanne,
Why isn’t there a vareity of crafts to choose from? There use to be many brands to choose from. It is becoming a monopoly on several brands.

i have always been all about the memory and nostalgia of holiday crafts!!! i just love them.
believe it or not, i still remember making christmas tree garlands from stringing together popcorn and berries!!!
i also remember the culinary craft of making caramel popcorn balls from scratch- especially for halloween and then at least one encore thereafter. since i have not made them in years and because i have a craving for them this year, i think that i am going to indulge my craving and give it a go. who would refuse a caramel popcorn ball??? so yummy. so authentic holiday. love it!! memories in the making. :heart:xoxo

Hi Suzanne,
I have a concern. I have a Cuttlebug and have been using it to emboss on cards for quite a while and love it!!! I have purchased several die cuts but never tried them so one day I decided to try one. I followed the directions on the rubber mat for layering. When I rolled it through the machine it was very difficult to roll through and made an imprint on the top plate. Next time I tried to use the Cuttlebug to emboss, I couldn’t roll it through. The rollers seemed to have been pushed into the machine so there was no pressure. I called Cricuit to see what I did wrong and they said I wasn’t supposed to use the mat to cut dies. I AM CONFUSED!!!!
Anna says to always use the mat to cut dies and the instructions on the mat say the same.Cricut is sending me a new machine at no cost( which I never expexted since the machune is over a year old} but said not to use the mat to cut dies.
I don’t know what to do!!!
