Deb… Yes, this is a free country. Yes, we can write whatever we like in voicing our opinions. Yes, HSN deserves to know how we react to Hosts, BUT—> THIS IS NOT THE THREAD FOR THAT.

This Thread is not a ‘discussion’, it is the equivalent of an Anniversary Card. As such, the adage of, ‘If you haven’t got anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all’ applies.

Would you sign an adult’s Birthday Card… ‘Sorry to bring your happiness down, but, you haven’t aged well’.

Or a child’s Birthday Card… ‘Sorry to bring your happiness down, but, you’re a brat and don’t deserve any presents’.

Or a Wedding Card… ‘Sorry to bring your happiness down, but, I don’t think your marriage will last even one year’.

Or a New Baby Card… ‘Sorry to bring your happiness down, but, that is the ugliest baby I’ve ever seen’.

Or an Anniversary Card… ‘Sorry to bring your happiness down, but, I can’t believe you’re still married to that loser’.

Or a New House Card… ‘Sorry to bring your happiness down, but, you bought a house in the worst part of town’.

Or a New Job/New Promotion Card… ‘Sorry to bring your happiness down, but, you are clearly unqualified for it’.

In real life, you would not… no one would… but, to voice it here, on this Anniversary Card Thread, under the cloak of anonymity, is nothing short of vulgar. To be part of a community, Deb, even an anonymous Internet community, requires manners, decorum, and sensitivity… for, underneath all this anonymity, are real people with real feelings.

So, as others have suggested, either write the company, or start a new Thread, voicing your negative opinion of a Host… for such does not belong here on THIS Thread.

This is a free country and we can write whatever we like and voice our opinion on the hosts  HSN deserves to know how we react to the host that has been on for 20 years and I still can’t figure out why she is still on.  She is not professional at all.
