Is Natalie still modeling for HSN?

I miss live chat! So bummed it’s gone…

Surprised HSN would get rid of something that most shopping sites have.  I would also like to know why.

We no longer have Live Chat on HSN Mobile because we have similar discussions and partner Q&A’s here in the Community.

We still have Chat on HSN.com for assistance with Customer Service. Please let me know if there are any other questions I can help with.  

I was trying to find chat around midnight last night.

I finally opened another window & googled it. Then I got to it & used it.

The lady was very helpful.

I always noticed that you posted coupons and I would try them and it always said it doesn’t apply  I never thought to come back here and post “it dosn’t work for me”.  I should have posted  “thank you” for taking the time to post coupons for us and for that I am sorry.

When I was fairly new to posting on the arcade, it was during the time that Spin To Win was giving  15% off or free shipping.  I won so many that I knew I would never use them.  I had the hardest time posting all these shipping codes and what they were from my mailbox.  It took me hours.  My first comment was, “You posted them in the wrong section” So that is how it goes/sarcasm
