Very easy peasy. Wake up early and enjoy a summer morning, then the village parade(Crivitz is the best). After the parade we walk thru the craft fair. Home for a barbecue, clean up after good food and off to the lake for fireworks. God Bless the USA!

I waych HSN for the good buys while I get my goodies ready so I ca n watch my favorite war movies. It is also a day I remeber all my palls who served our country going back to Vietnam to this day. plus their familes — It’s morea somber day for me.

Watching my little 11 year old daughter eyes light up when her dad lights the first sparkler .

Part of our early celebration was getting to spend our first July 4th with our 3 Grand kids. We went shopping for our Grand Daughter Juniper’s Birthday oufit for her 5th birthday party & then watched some fireworks put on by the town & then came home and shot off a small hand full at our house. The older kid’s age 9 & 5 loved it. The baby who is almost 3 hid and did not like the loud noise.
Our biggest regret is that our youngest son & his wife could not be here in Alabama with us. He is a US Marine and stationed in Yuma Az. They are due to give us grandbaby #4 in January. He get’s out of the servive next year and we will have all our family together next July 4th..

A picnic on the beach with a large group of friends and then watching the fireworks over Tampa Bay. Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday weekend! LET FREEDOM RING:heart:

My favorite way to celebrate the 4th of July is to go to the town green with my kids, enjoy the taste of enfield on the green, play some games, shop at the craft fair and find a great spot to watch the fireworks and listen to the bands. All the while remembering what this day means and loving the time I spend with my children!!!??

We always go to a big family picnic every 4th of July, a tradition that started over 30 yrs ago. We are not actually members of this family, but they have graciously included us for so many years that many of the younger ones don’t even know that we’re Outsiders! After a long afternoon of food and fun, as soon as it gets dark, we drag out the lawn chairs and enjoy our own private fireworks display! We are grateful to be members of this family, if only for a day!

My husband will be working so I guess it will be me and my basset celebrating together:smileyhappy:.I will light the sparklers and let her blow them out.No idea if that will work since she is blind and I am no good with a lighter.:smileylol:So I hope to see you on the 5th.:womanwink:

My husband grilling up the food. My son’s enjoying the food. And fireworks in the backyard! What could be better?

This year we will be celebrating my brother who is retiring from the Military after 35 years, he served in Afghanistan and Iraq and we’re all so blessed to have him alive and well! We will cookout with family and friends and then sit back later to watch the fireworks at the lake.
Happy 4th of July To All Our Brave Troops Who Can’t be With Us & God Bless America!

First and most of all on this day, I am grateful for all of our freedoms in this great country I am so lucky to be born in. And so grateful to those who keep it free for us all. Then it’s time with family, fun and food. Then we all gather watching the amazing fireworks on TV. Always so gorgeous to see them, they make me so proud to be an American. Happy 4th of July to you all~ ?
