The current host has a limited vocabulary.

Helen is one of my favorite HSN hosts.  Never tire of watching or listening when Helen is on.  Merry Christmas Helen!!!

I watched Helen the other night as I couldn’t get back to sleep so I tuned in to HSN.  I hadn’t seen Helen in ages and I’d forgotten how much I enjoy her, she’s a hoot.  She makes me smile, there’s nothing put on about her, she just says what she’s thinking while she sips her coffee.  She’s refreshing to listen to, one of my favorite, if not my actual favorite host – Adam is right up there with her.  She can repeat the same word over and over again and it doesn’t bother me at all, to each their own!

Literally.  There you go one more time.

So much in the world that is bad, why try to help someone instead of complaining?

Helen is a sweetheart and doubt that she or any of the hosts use the word, “literally” to make anyone feel dumb. It’s just a very common expression nowadays just as, “You know what I’m saying?” is!!! Plus, what does someone’s use of words, expressions, or mannerisms have to do with wanting to or not wanting to shop for items…  These hosts have a very difficult job, just because it looks easy to us from the outside looking in, does not mean it’s an easy and natural thing to do. 

I can only imagine being on live tv and having that kind of pressure on me, knowing everyone is watching….certainly does not make their job any easier when people are just mean spirited. :womanfrustrated:

I’m not complaining, far from it, BUT if anyone has a limited vocabulary…………. uses this same description for   every    single     item

“so stretchy, glides over your curves, cool to the touch, so elongating, makes you

look longer, leaner, inches thinner, covers your backside, fun, flirty, with your blues,

your reds, your teals, your purples, your greens, your beiges, your silvers, your

golds, your blacks”.

That about covers it.

I literally watched Helen for 2 hours the other night. Literally a straight 2 hours and I literally did not even hear her say literally much less repeat it multiple times. I literally have no idea if she said literally at all. Maybe she did, but I literally did not even notice. But I’m for anyone named Helen because that IS LITERALLY my name! Beautiful name meaning light bearer or carrier of light! So, I am just literally baffled as to why people want to criticize these hosts – it is not like it’s an easy job or anything.
