Testimonial Calls

Can someone tell me how these work?

Do you order the product ahead of time, then call in during the show with your order number?

Or do you get a chance to call in live at the time you place your order?

I was asked about 5 times if I wanted to talk to the host. I wait and wait and then they say no more calls being taken or it hangs up after 10 min. Hey they ask me and I say yes.

IF I call to order something, which is VERY rarely…I get asked to wait for an opportunity to talk on air. After all the other times I have been told never mind, no more calls are being taken, I just hang up now.
