I admit…yikes! No…I do not have these paperwork items in place. There is ALWAYS a lame excuse for not working on this stuff…work, the dog, cooking, laundry, DENIAL, etc. I’ve been pushing someone else in the house to get moving on this and get no place. I’m ordering this to get started. There are some ugly things to deal with here and I’ll most likely need her additional help but this is a CRITICAL must get in place project and I must get started.

I just ordered Suse’s portfolio and feel relieved just to have taken that step. My husband and I are retired and have a will that is more years old than I want to own up to. I’ve wanted to make a new will for several years now and it just hasn’t gotten done. Suse convinced me today that we need to do this now; she also convinced me that we need a revokable trust as well as a will. She has put together a wonderful product and I’m just glad I said yes to purchasing it and getting our act together now.

Just a bump up…MAN, if ya’all are not listening to her today about trusts and wills…YIKES! Turn it on and give her a listen…she’s on one more time tonight. Dying without the proper documents is one big pile of disaster.

Pip, I was switching channels while Suze was on so I might have missed this point. What I’m wondering is if the living trust she helps you set up is legal and binding without having to go through a firm that does that but at a high price. Like you, I have been avoiding getting my ducks in a row too but it’s time.

LOL, the clearance prices r just so tempting, and I do have ONE that is nice. I really like Sabrina Soto and one particular version of CC microfiber sheets.
