Deferred Payment Offer – It would have been really helpful if the show host when I bought my computer a year ago May had said that I had to pay the entire balance on my HSN card or would still wind up paying all the finance charges back to the purchase date. I paid the price of the Gateway computer in full in February in addition to my minimun pmt that month and it was applied to my revolving balance. When I called I was advised no payments would be applied to it until closer to the end date. This is very deceiving on the part of the bank. The terms need to be clear to customers.

Be honest about everthing your should get with the product. When I ordered a Gateway
computer I was told I would get windows 7.
I never did .When I contacted Gateway they told me I had to talk to HSN. No HELP ,no windows7,no manual on how to use computer
nothing. I have also had other problems with other things including a retured item that no one knows what happened to it.Icant get the
number for the warehouse to speak with someone reguarding it. My hope is that the package is found and my account is credited.
otherwise I’ll be out over $70+ dollars. If that happens I will really think about my shopping
with HSN.Also make sure items goes to correct address. I will still buy somethings but I will be very carefull. -
I like Joy, she does get excited, sometimes too much but that’s Joy. She has good products, I love her readers, the best. I agree on the hangers, to long on them, they are good and must everyone should know that. Todd is a good cook and really good looking but I think he needs alittle help in sales, just alittle LOL.
Shannon needs to stop that laugh of hers. She appears to be loving everything she sales and it really comes across fake.

Please quit spending so much time on the today’s special!! After about 5 minutes, I change the channel and usually don’t come back.
I find most of the host very rude with the people that call in. Most of them don’t even say goodbye. Reminds me of a “dropped call” while using a cell phone. That’s why I never stay on-line (seems to be a long wait too) to give a testimonial.
Get rid of the girl that presents Curations. NONE of the host can get a word in at all. She’s so rude. Alway’s turn her off.
Last would be that more products during the day. Seems if you watch the first few hours after midnight, you don’t have to watch anything the rest of the day. Seems like you only have 10 to 15 products for the entire day. Must say, QVC has this correct. New and different products all day, everyday.
Iv’e been a customer for 20 years, but I find myself watching the other 2 channels far more than HSN.
By the way, Love Rachel and Suzanne. -
Please stop the phone calls during the show.
It doesnt convince me to buy a product and just wastes time.
Lets use technology and let people email or text questions during the show.
thanks

This is fairly random, and I’m not quite sure it fits into this section but . . .
I enjoy flipping through HSN from time to time to see what’s available. Awhile back I was flipping through one of the cooking segments and caught a new host (I think?) by the name of Chris Kohatsu. Something about her kept me intrigued. Don’t know if it was her TV personality or the fact that it was nice to see someone who looks like me (I’m Asian too) on TV, but I really liked her. It totally could have been the food too, but whatever, I liked her. But yesterday, when I was home sick from work yesterday and saw that another cooking show (again, selling from the Command Performance line) and noticed Chris wasn’t promoting the line . .. is she selling something else now? Does she just do weekend segments? I’ll wait and see. I guess the purpose of my writing is that it’s nice to see an Asian-American on TV.

So excited to hear that Anthony will be doing petites starting in June. What would be really great would be if once a month or so you did a show with a mix of designers where everything was available in petite sizes. It’s frustrating to sit through a whole show and only see 1 or 2 things that might work for me.

I would love to see more crafts shows, not just limited to certain times of the year. If possible, and if not, I do appreciate the many items available online for purchase. Maybe just keep adding new stuff regularly, if not able to add more shows. Thanks!

Can you please get a question to joy? I want the tsv SO badly, however, I want to know when they will have it in Lemon Yellow again. My sister got it last time and it is awesome. I want yellow. I was waiting for it to come back as a tsv and I was so disappointed that I could not get it in yellow. Help. Loretta Banton

Please discontinue the background music while the show host & guests are speaking. It is really distracting. I notice that the music goes off when a caller comes on but is right back on when the call is finished. There is so much going on with the product presentation, and vendor host discussion that the music is completely unnecessary. Think about how a talk show would be with music playing constantly behind the conversation.

Someone direct Stephanie Greenfield to stop talking over the hosts. Many of us found it offensive, rude, inexplicabe. We decided not to buy anything from Curations because of her unprofessional behavior.

It’s almost gotten to the point with my friends and me that we have a hard time watching onair shopping channels. We have been enthusiastic buyers for years, but anymore, the challenge of trying to get pertinent information to enable us to intelligently buy things has become is getting to be too much trouble. Hosts and guests constantly talk at the same time and talk over each other. It seems like as partofthe basic training, one of the first requirements should be that they treat being on the air like talking on a two-way radio, one person at a time. It’s bad enough in face to face conversations to have people doing this, but on the air it is greatly magnified and is distracting and takes valuable time with one upmanship that should be used to consider the customer who is tuning in trying to order. Also, the current Tiana B. show is a prime example of this and additionally, we are constantly hearing the guest say Oh My God….enough already.

Please inform jewelry vendors of the correct pronunciation of jewelry. It is not pronounced jewel-a-ry. I don’t think the show hosts do it, but the vendors need to be told. They’re making millions of dollars on something they can’t even pronounce. It’s driving me crazy!
