Please have FLEX pay on DG2 July 17th TS,jeggins. Please have 2 flex on each jeggin TS. That way I could get all colors! Thankyou for having DG2,I and many others just love her style’s!
=d> -
PLEASE find someone who makes GOOD music choices if you have to have background music. Your shows are better without music as it is distracting and annoying and causes a channel change.

Today on the Lancome show, they finally brought on the model to show us how to use the product. But Kathy wouldn’t stop talking long enough for her to show us how to use the serum. Then Kathy said, just look at the befores and afters and then they would ONCE AGAIN show these pictures. Why should we look at this girl’s pictures over and over again when she is right there TRYING to do the demonstration right before our eyes. Apparently Kathy just wanted to keep talking about those pictures and not give us the chance to watch the full demo. Very annoying and disappointing.

please tell bobby to stop saying “we’ll continue to take all the calls coming through” every few minutes. It pretty obvious that will happen without her mentioning it obsessively.

And I agree – please bring back Terry Lewis! I have many of her pieces and love them all – they are pure class!

The phone calls do nothing for me, and in fact some of the more embarrassing moments in HSN history have come from callers who are obviously not properly screened (or lie to the screener) and then come on the air and complain about HSN service or the product or some product they have received in the past. To their credit, the hosts are usually professional enough to get rid of these people quickly and politely, but man, is that ever awkward for the viewer!
For the past few days (probably because of the guy who hacked into the phone system and got on air) there seem to have been few to no phone calls, and you know what? I haven’t missed them a bit. Most callers are annoying and inarticulate (to the point where, if one is semi-articulate, it is memorable!), and it’s just time wasted when I would rather hear the host tell us more about a product.
Also – yes, I agree, more plus-sized models (i.e. real-sized) would be nice!

PLEASE use closeup shots more of items on air so we can see design, color, etc. Especially clothing, hosts needs to state size model is wearing so we the customer can visualize what it would look like on us. I notice in the jewelry clearance shows, showing the item is not enough. It needs to be shown on a model and a closeup shot of it, so we can see actual size of item. I do not order as many electronics as I once did. Hosts tell you a 100 different ways of how an item can be used, but never tell you how it works. To sell an item on TV, we are not there with you to see it in person, so please be more detailed in how ito operate it!!
-
Please have a ‘sit down’ with your camera crew and give them pointers on the following:
When a host and designer are presenting an item and talking about it, it is at times frustrating because the camera person is either asleep or NOT paying attention because he/she is NOT allowing the camera to focus on what the host or presenter are trying to point out. It’s very frustrating….
-
Remind the hosts that only one person talk at a time. This is also true for the guests. People watching the show don’t really like to see this. It can be annoying. It doesn’t happen often but sometimes it does. Overall the hosts and guests are great!

I love certain designers like Heidi Daus, Valeska,Diane Gilman….
Many times when a product is being presented the camera person isn’t focusing on the item . I’m not the only one who complains about this.
Please have your camera personnel focus on what the host and the presenter (designer) are aiming to point out. Thank you

I would like to see the models trying on the Toni Brattin wigs in the light grey & salt and pepper. They NEVER do.

I am suggesting that when show hosts/guests are selling clothing, shoes, jewelry or handbags that they NOT offer what color hair, eye color, or skin tone a particular color of any above named item would go best with. This is unprofessional and is not necessary in the selling of that item. For example, if I am a japanese person and I love the color black and one of the hosts just spouts out their mouth that if you have red hair and blue eyes, the black is for you. I am going to buy whatever I like and I think this kind of conversation limits sales and takes the focus off of their job. The whole purpose of selling is for your viewers to buy what they want and like, whether the color goes with a specific group who has a certain eye, skin color or not. Kathy Wolf did that today and had the ordacity to say, “that the gray Betula shoe would look good on you if you have light creamy skin”. Now I watched that show and I am from Ethiopia and am dark skinned and I wanted that gray shoe, but did not want to order it after she made such a low class, degrading, close-minded comment that did not need to be mentioned at all. It doesn’t matter what color anything is on a person, if they like the item offered and they like any color they want to buy for their purpose, just describe the item and show me how it looks and tell me how comfortable it is and show me my choices and move on. If you have the item, great, if not, then don’t tell me you think this would only look good on the person with a certain skin tone, hair or eye color!

You are driving me crazy. As the economy has gotten to all sectors your shows have sounded desparate even by the best show host.. They scream and scream and talk over each other as if it is a free for all. They spend less time on the product discription and more as if they are trying to be a talk show and not good at it either. It is a turn off and that is what I do turn you off. Its turned in to a side show. Today Special Ads last forever and today with Joy Manago at 10 all it was was screaming and jumping as if these sneaks had special powers. Please please stop having the producers put all this nonsense on the air. I have been using on line shopping as the reviews given better discriptions of the product sizing and manufacturing, of desperate attempts at entertainment.

My 10-year old niece spent the night last night (5/1). This morning, we looked through the television guide to see what programs we might want to watch today. My niece informed me that I wouldn’t want to watch my shopping channel today, as all the ‘screechy people’ were on. I looked at the program guide and she was right – Tony Little, followed by Joy Mangano, followed by Stephanie Greenfeld. Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest, but not with THAT loud line-up. Screechy people, indeed.
I realize these are all valued vendors for you, but perhaps you’d consider not putting them on back-to-back in the future.
Thank you.

Hello HSN, It is past time to answer this question. WHERE IN THE WORLD IS MATT LAUER? (I mean TERRY LEWIS). I dont plan on buying Curations because much of their offerings seem to lack good quality and value. Much improvement is needed in that product line. Terry Lewis’ designs were sophisticated and great values. HSN you have nothing that is comparable at this time.
