Don’t let Helen Keaney co-host with anyone, especially Robin. She’s silly to begin with but when she works with Robin, it gets ridiculous.

PLEASE OFFER MORE FLEX-PAYS ON ANDREW LESSMAN PRODUCTS. I anxiously await Andrew Lessman’s shows, anticipating great sales and flex-payments. For the past several Andrew Lessman visits, I’ve been so disappointed and reluctant to purchase the items. In these tough economic times, we need more flex payments to enable us to purchase more than one product, or the larger, more expensive sizes that we need for our families. Flex payments of $45 and over does not help. Ideally, flex payments should be structured to be between $25 – $35 each (including all associated costs of shipping, taxes, etc.)

Also, please offer more variety of TODAY’S SPECIAL selections for Andrew Lessman’s products. Why are they always the same items offered in rotation? How about offering multi vitamins, Ultimate Eye Support, Joint Support, etc.? It seems like it’s always “Hair, Skin & Nails”, Glucosamine, Calcium, or CoQ10 items. Oh, and is it necessary to devote AN ENTIRE HOUR to presenting the Today’s Special several times a day? Way too much time devoted to one item! I find myself flipping channels after 10-15 minutes.

Jewelry presentation with Diane Gilman. She kept putting her hands on the jewlrey hiding it from view. Also, today with SSC at about 6pm, the blonde show host was putting the “putty-like” consistancy scrub on her hand but the camera never came in close and then from afar she rubbed it in and washed it off. Jennifer said the host is putting it on her hand, …but we never saw it.

The guests points out a feature of a product but doesn’t wait for the camera to come in and for the viewer to look at that feature for at least 10 seconds.

Please please give the sizes the plus models are wearing and show more clothing on plus size models. There is a big size difference between a large, extra large, and 1x. Like for todays TSV, Dianne Gilman jeggings, you only show skinny models with skinny legs and long legs. There was one model out of 7 or 8 that looked to be wearing a large….But why should I have to guess? Don’t you want larger size folks to purchase? Half of your sizes are size large and up. Don’t you know larger people may not have stick legs and skinny thighs? Show more large size models and give the sizes each model is wearing! I have not bought something simply because I thought it would not look good on a size extra large or 1X. Why do customers have to keep asking for this?

Please have more variety. I don’t like the sell outs, then there suddenly is more stock later on in the day. Not all of us are built like models, Please give garment measurements.

How can you make my “experience better”? Get rid of Kathy Wolf…. I’d like to propose a compromise, which will benefit all parties . Instead of getting rid of Kathy Wolf, HSN could show less of her by zooming the camera in really close and just show her from the neck up. Now imagine a big screen tv , and a giant talking Kathy Wolf head “looking” right at the viewers. Oh, I have not forgotten about the product(s) being sold (although the cameraman, sometimes keeps too much focus on the host),just have an occasional shot of the item being presented. Kathy Wolf will keep her job, and Aragorn1 will see less of her…… happy campers all around.:d/

I suggest Helen show the colors of the Rhonda Shear bras and stop talking about her self and her stand up and how they want her in vegas to do stand up and how Rhonda will have to dress her for her show out in vegas. maybe she could also stop laughing at what only she thinks is funny.
she doesn’t show the products or the colors.
She constantly needs to talk about herself.

This suggestion is for your models when they are used for skincare or makeup. I would like to see 40 and 50 year olds instead of 20 something models. We need to see how it really looks on older models. Everything looks good on 20 something year old even when they don’t wear makeup!!!!!! I’m sure I speak for every 50 and beyond women. Thank you for listening.

Please give sizes that models or hosts are wearing. Kudos to Cally(sp) she gives her size when presenting jeans. It is helpful to those of us who watch a certain clothing line often. If the fit is different we want to know. I know there is online measurements, but…

Please be sure that the hosts do not say … i.e., if something is on 3 flex pays, 29.90 or whatever … they say you can get this home for 29.90 .. that is not true, the first payment is S&H and tax. It gets annoying and I feel that it is misleading. sometimes they even say you can have this for 29.90 and that simply is not true when there are two other flex pays. Thank you.

Please have the camera person focus on the product when the host is talking about it and presenting it. Can’t tell you the number of times the camera is anywhere but on the product. Very frustrating….
