WHY-OH-WHY do you spend so much time on Today’s Specials? I’m sure your warehouse is filled with product – TV watchers change channerl when the item is being oversold by time and host/guest description – time is critical when serlling products, schedule more products give less time to TSV – Thanks
-
Allow guests to talk more – HSN hosts are sounding more and more like infomercial hawks. Guest knows product very well. Let there be a conversation not host monopolizing time.

Las Vegas show. I know you guys will do it right and it will be a pleasure to watch. I was watching qvc doing the show from the hamptons and Lisa looks uncomfortable. I hear the buzzing of the crowd and bees, flies whatever. I don’t need to see people sweltering in the sun shleping through the grass from table to table like a yard sale. And when they do the shows from Italy, Lisa sits during the night at a villa and it might as well be an oil painting because nothing moves. Also sometimes she’s squinting or uncomfortable because she is outside where it is either cold, windy, or hot and humid.

For the jewelry lovers who get clip-on earrings nad return products because they are too tight, please inform them that there’s a jewelry aid called “Comfort Key” that I’ve used for 30 years that adjusts the clip-on so that you can wear earrings all day! Thanks!

As an uber-Heidi Daus fan and devoted sparkle-wearer of her divine pieces, I get asked constantly, “Where did you get THAT?!” Answer: The little Heidi bi-fold that comes in the jewelry boxes — I give them out as calling cards so that people can log on to HSN to marvel at Heidi’s vintage modern glam. Before I know it, they are madly in love with Heidi’s line and then THEY give out their bi-folds to other admirers! And on and on and on! How’s that for loyal customer marketing?!

I wouldn’t mind knowing what size the models are wearing and their measurements. I don’t know if they would take offense to this or not. They all look good so I don’t know why they would mind. LL

I would like to see more of the inside of a handbag when the host is showing it to the camera. I also agree with this. Give the dimensions and type of material, and let us see how big the pockets are and how deep the bag is. Cruiser that is a good point.

What do you have against petite models? Allot of DG2 tunics are pretty long. Why are all your models so tall? I am 54 years old, 5 2″ 1/2 and in fairly good shape. I like most woman wear size 8 petite. Many people have said I should go into modeling. Are you prejudice against petite woman? I feel the public would rather see real women model clothes, instead of tall models with perfect figures. You would probably have less returns and in the long run save tons of money. It would be nice to see a mature beautiful petite real woman model clothes. The audience would probably appreciate seeing a real woman and buy more clothes with less returns. Sounds like a win, win situation=d>

When an item is presented; advise customers if this item is being directly shipped from HSN or directly from the vendor; if it is from a vendor then you as a customer will have to pay for this shipping directly back to the vendor and will not receive a return label for use. This is very important when deciding to buy an item. Also when you sell with free shipping and say lowest price to date and you check the same item over and over after weeks and it still has the same terms and price at the time of presentation then HSN is are not being truthful to your customers and strong arming them to make the decision to purchase at that time. It would also be very helpful to state the origin of the item “where it is made”.

A couple years back, Ms.Adrienne herself mention this fact and stated she was going have women of color models. That has been over 5 years ago. Still no women of color.
-
For Adrienne’s make-up, she never mentions anything for women of color.

Round up all hosts who present jewelry and instruct them how to pronounce “briolette.” It is -NOT- pronounced “bree oh lay.” It’s pronounced “bree oh LET.”
Lately, the only host I’ve heard pronounce it correctly is Rachel. =d>
Helen and Alicia have said it wrong, and at least 2 others have mispronounced but my mind’s foggy who they were (maybe Connie or Lynn). -
1. Better camera work: More focus on the item for sale and model; less focus on host.
2. Measure the jewelry. Specifically, I want to know how long the necklaces are.
3. Teach hosts not to speak when guests are speaking.I DEFINITELY agree. Several of the hosts (Colleen Lopez, Connie Craig Carroll, Rachel Huber, to name 3 that come to mind) seem to think ‘they’ are the star of the show – and not the item they are trying to sell. They over-exaggerate (this will definitely sell-out!) and they misrepresent the items (‘beautiful embossed outside’ – which usually means the item is PVC and not actual leather) I would much rather have honest information from the outset so I don’t feel like someone has tried to “get something” by me.
