I know my opinion isn’t worth much in the business world, but……Why did you drop Miss Tina and Terry Lewis? I loved their line. Today I watched Serina Williams and if I hear the phrase “so nice” one more time!

Please get the hosts that say “heigth” instead of “height” corrected. It drives me crazy as a teacher and writer. Also, Haute Courture should be avoided unless properly pronounced. Thanks.

Obviously this issue has not been addressed since Texas Barbie listed her comments in 2008 on this blog regarding sizing …Good riddin’s to you HSN!!!!
P.S.
Maybe you could all learn something from QVC- Quality,Value,Convenience, not to mention their Customer service and Commitment to their customers .Please provide specific measurements like other online sites.
Also have talk show hosts mention and show sizing chart more thruout product they are selling and provide more information how garment fits and if you should size up or size down. This would eliminate alot of returns on shipping and handling for both HSN and customer.
Not all garments even if made by the same designer are cut and manufactured the same and especially to HSN garment specifications. -
Dump the coin collecting shows, the Esteban shows, the sewing machine shows, and anything else that bores 99% of the population and makes you look 2nd rate.
Use focus groups. Do whatever it takes…

Get rid of Shannon Smith. She is totally insincere and is extremely difficult to watch and listen to.
-
Please give measurements on items

Please stop having Wolfgang on with Shannon….he can’t say a word because she never shuts up….nerve racking

As an uber-Heidi Daus fan and devoted sparkle-wearer of her divine pieces, I get asked constantly, “Where did you get THAT?!” Answer: The little Heidi bi-fold that comes in the jewelry boxes — I give them out as calling cards so that people can log on to HSN to marvel at Heidi’s vintage modern glam. Before I know it, they are madly in love with Heidi’s line and then THEY give out their bi-folds to other admirers! And on and on and on! How’s that for loyal customer marketing?! I’ve done the same

1. Better camera work: More focus on the item for sale and model; less focus on host.
2. Measure the jewelry. Specifically, I want to know how long the necklaces are.
3. Teach hosts not to speak when guests are speaking.I second what TexasBarbie has noted… Amen….

why can’t Diane Gilman show her pants on people, not as tall or super thin. How about someone size 14 & 5ft 4 give us a break. I’d like to buy some but you never show them on real size models

The lady selling the simon fashions with the feather top. She was saying we want to go back to being decadent. She didn’t describe the products washability. She slurred her speach.

If jewelry is not sterling silver or 14k gold, it would be helpful to know if it is nickle free.

Helen Keaney needs to grow up before she is a host. I enjoy most of the hosts on HSN but I find her totally silly and often rude to others she is working with. She thinks she is halarious but in reality, she is obnoxious. Often she is totally out of control. I have pretty much left QVC because of hosts talking over others or being silly. We are not here to be amused or entertined but to find out about your products. Thanks for listening.

Handbags: please show bags on different size/height models. Measurements don’t always tell the story of how a bag looks on different size people. I recently purchased a Chi bag where measurements seemed large but OK; when I got it home it was like a piece of luggage! It was huge! I realize all models need to be tall, but this doesn’t help petites like myself get a true sense of handbags in particular because size is relative to one’s height and size. thank you,

I suggest when you sell a TV as being the best that you actually go through the specifications fully. A 60Hz refresh rate is not top of the line. You are doing a disservice to your customers and taking advantage of folks that are not smart enough to know any better.
