I agree with CAROLINAMODEL….WE NEED GARMENT MEASUREMENTS ON THE SCREEN!! I always purchased based on the measurement of the garment, not the size. Thank you.

The camera men need re-training: Picture it: Host is talking about product. Cameras are focused on HOST. After about one minute, they finally get around to showing us the piece of jewelry. I KNOW what the host looks like and don’t care. I am tuned in to look at the jewelry. This wastes my time and I don’t like it.

I would love to have the models turn around more when showing clothing. It’s important to see how the back is constructed also. Most of the time there’s one back shot and that goes too fast for a good lookover. Please turn around more often.

1. Please allow the guest to explain their product. Hosts are very rude to talk over the guest.
2. When a guest is showing how to apply make-up, keep the camera on the expert, not the host.
3. Please make sure a host is informed of the item they are showing. I hate when I hear this is the first airing when I have seen the product on numerous times within the week.
4. Have Bill Green give classes to some of the hosts. It is obvious he researches the reviews, stones, etc before each show. He could sell a tree if you gave him enough time to study what type of tree it is.
5. Pleae tell Helen that “I” should be left out of her vocabulary. “I” people and silly people will make me turn the channel every time they are on. I do not watch a show to see what they own,where they have been, and have them give me fashion advice. PLEZ…Helen is the last person on earth I would like fashion advice from. That should be left to the experts or at least the Fashionistas that work at HSN. Also, this girl needs to realize she is not always the only person “on stage”. When she has a guest, she is not a solo act and needs to let the guest get a few words about their product. I have never been able to watch an entire show this girl hosts.
6. Why spend one hour on the same item of exercise equipment? I can lean how to hang upside down in 15 minutes(not picking on that one item but using it as an example as it is a fantastic item)
7. Give vendors that their items do have a slight learning curve more time. Some skin care lines are on for hours and others rarely get 30 mins airtime to present everything. We have to go to the forums to learn what order and what products need to used in these lines as the vendor is not given time to do so.
8. Let the hosts know that the public is very understanding of any mishaps and not to let it bother them. We know the show is live and we are all human.
9. Hosts used to share the sizes they were wearing in garments being sold along with what size the models have on. We learned what sizes we needed from this info and I never had many returns. Now I have no idea what size to purchase. If I go by your sizing charts, I am 2 sizes larger then I really wear(and trust me I don’t wear my clothes tight) WE NEED GARMENT MEASURMENTS ON AIR.ONE SHIPPING CHARGE PER 24 HOUR PERIOD LIKE ANOTHER NETWORK DOES. (This may not fit here but it needs to be addressed by management. You are losing customers as shipping adds up quickly)

hello!!! joy mangano does not have the expertise to invent the greenpan!!! she is a shill for the parent company. todd cant present by himself, cause he is a low talker! he is only there to back the product and get paid. i work in the restaurant biz, and trust me, no one is using the greenpan in their kitchen. it would last about two days. stop buying this junk, and joy will go away!!!

I’d like to see less fear in the hosts making mistakes. Normal mistakes, like dropping something, or a slight infraction, I notice the hosts act like, OOOOh NO, I am gonna get in trouble. they apologize for being human, which is ridulous. More casual attitude, not so uptight, more relaxed. It is like they are all trying to be perfect like Colleen Lopez. She may be perfect, and she is enjoyable to watch, but she is almost too polished, and is irritating sometimes. I am in my jammies, and she is painted up and glossy, great. More diversity with the hosts. Colleen is one of a kind, lets not have robotic hosts. They seem petrified to me. Real turn off.

I love watching HSN but I agree the phone calls from customers are sometimes embarrassing to say the least. I cringe everytime I hear one. Most people feel this way also except those who actually like making the calls just to hear themselves on air. Not pretty to listen to. I usually hit mute everytime but that can get annoying also. I have never heard anyone who calls in actually give me any information I can use only saying hi to their fave host. I hate it when someone starts talking about their personal life and going on and on. Thank you.

When you air skin care products have the hosts talk more about how to layer them. You sell a lot of various products but we do not get enough info on how to use them with other products. What goes on first, next and how long do you need to wait for the next layer?

Realizing most models are tall, it would still be nice to see different height ladies model the handbags. it’s hard to get an accurate perspective of a bag when it’s always on a tall person. thank you

I was very disappointed that the Charles Winston jewelry shows were cancelled at the last minute without any explanation to your customers. I was excited about this new line and was hoping to make several puchases. I got up in the middle of the night to watch the premier show and it was not on. It does not show respect for your customers when you do not explain why you would cancel an opening that had been highly advertised both in your mailings and online.

1 – Please let us know if a fashion item, especially shoes, is running smaller or larger than normal.
2 – Please stop telling us the compare price. We want to know more about the product.
3 – Please be more honest about materials used.
4 – We would purchase more if we were treated as the intelligent consumers that we are. No more exaggerations and misleading info, especially from Shannon. She insults the consumer.
