If I did have an idea for a new toy, I wouldn’t share it with anyone. I would look into producing it for MY benefit and not give a major company the idea. Far too many ideas are stolen this way. Once an idea is published on a website, it becomes the property of that website where THEY can look into the profitablity of it. No recourse for the one who made the idea.

I would invent a toy for deaf children to help them learn to say what they see. More toys
are needed for deaf and blind children. HSNGirl14

I would invent an robot for different age ranges. It would be like having a private tutor for your child. First thing out the box it would go through a series of evaluations with the child, then it would develop a customized tutoring program that would teach the child extactly in the way he or she best learns.

I would invent something that can find its way back to the toybox so I don’t have to trip on toys or have them scattered around the house! :smileytongue:

I would create a modern version of Cinerama. Kids and adults could choose certain locations around the world for virtual tours. They could ride on trains, elephants, ships, etc. Or the game could be set up for virtual rides on rollercoasters, skiing down mountains, etc.

I would create a toy that was a good brain game for the young and old. I love the idea of one with a song element to it – like kereoke only with less stress! I think if I could involve pets with the game that would be super fun too! xo Love the show Adam!

At my age If I would have had an idea I would have invented it already!LOL

I would invent a whole fashion design studio for children to play with. It would teach them about design, fabric and color choices, then would have a small maniqune to drape on, and would include scissors, paper for the pattern, a glue spray rather than pins, and a small sewing machine. It would use a system to help them design like I have seen where you take a measurement and it helps you draw it. It would be educational for both boys and girls because it would teach spacial relationships and get them to use their imaginations. I would then create a website and/or facebook page so that children could share their ideas on line.

I had this idea when my daughter was a toddler. A remote control that comes with different
cartridges. Each cartridge would come with a base and in the base a set from 10 to 20 toys that are plugged in recharging. The point of the game is to hide all this toys around the house and when the remote control is near one of them the remote control would start to vibrate or play a sound. Different themes could be what the sounds and cartridges are based, for example the farm (cow, sheep, pig, roosters,) colors and shapes with pop moving sounds, numbers, ABC’s , It will get the kids moving and besides learning at the end is all cleaned up because in order to find the next one it has to go in the proper place. No batteries for either of them and the remote also has a based or cord where can be recharged. Many toys are outgrown but this could be now where even harder or advanced themes like the periodic table, planets, countries of the world. -
I would invent a book/toy for pre schools that teach them how to read a book that is simply for them to understand and retain the information and fun at the same time in hopes it would follow them thur elementary school.and behond.. Too may pre schools are like baby sitters and not preparing them..Thier brains are like a sponge and therefore can retain the information so much eaiser. After all they are our future..
Thank you

I think children should have lots of opportunities to draw and to create. I propose a simple toy such as a crayon, paint brush, or pencil that plays music or makes sound effects as the child draws, paints, or colors. If it would respond to the child’s remarks, it would be even better!
I am looking forward to your show.
My best to you,
Susan

I grew up watching dancing bear on Captain Kangaroo so What about toys from that nostalgic show. Perhaps a dancing bear or a grandfather clock that talks

A sweeping doggy/piggy/something toy that sucks in dropped items of cothing, analyzes for stains and dirt that require washing; if items require washing, it carefully arranges them in a basket next to the washing machine by color and fabric care; if the basket is full, it moves items into the washer, starts the washing process then moves to the dryer. Picked up items that do not require washing it steam processes; it presses both picked up and dried clothes as required, sorts socks by colors, and then deposits neatly arranged items into appropriate closet organizer systems.
A cat-like fluffy toy with strong paws that climbs on your neck and shoulders (or, voice controlled, whatever hurts) and deliveres deep tissue massage while you work at your computer, do stuff or watch TV.
A dog-like little machine that licks your hands with a special microdermabrasion tongue, then cream-applicator tong, then licks your finger nails with various tonges applying perfect nail polish as you work at your computer.

Hi Adam Freeman, Since kids play games on their tablets, I’d invent a cool looking old school mini arcade looking holder that the tablet slides into and the holder has controls that Bluetooth wirelessly to the controls, like the joystick and flat buttons, so the kids play their games without having to hold and pound on their tablets. It would be awesome and they could customize the sides of the "arcade holder". I think it would be super cool and fun!
