organizing cases and such = ok, low end, will not last with high use

luggage = ok, low end, will not last with high use

handbags = ok, low end, will not last with high use

readers/glasses = good, such a low cost you won’t cry when u sit on one

forever fragrance = fail

corelle = great, you will pass them down

Hangers – we love them and use them for every closet, but not for your heaviest winter coats since they can break with very heavy items.  Regular jackets, blazers, shirts, pants, skirts are great for these hangers and no more shoulder indentions on the shirts with these.

Pillows – purchased two and they were great.  Our pillows had no "warehouse smell" some complained about and are soft, but have good support.  Just ordered two more sets.

Fragrant sticks – they are not air fresheners in the sense that you will smell the scents and add fragrance to your home, but I have found they do eliminate bad odors.  We put them by our dog crates and now the "dog smell" is gone.  It also helped odors in the laundry room.  They work best in smaller, confined areas, not big rooms.

My best advice is to read the reviews on the items you are interested in even if you don’t want to take the time. Don’t listen to the hype in the videos. I have her hangers from the very beginning and I do like them. I’ve never had one break  until the set I bought 2yrs ago. They don’t seem as sturdy as the older ones. I have her steamer & it’s OK. Her scent sticks don’t last. Probably the worst purchase I’ve ever made from HSN was the Joy & Iman 21 section luxe leather purse. I listened to the hype and couldn’t return it fast enough. That’s why I recommend reading the reviews & not listening to all the hype. Also, DON"T rush into a purchase. You will more than likely end up having to pay to send it back. That is what has happened to me too many times. Oh, I’ve been shopping with HSN for 25+ years. I don’t order very much now. As for Joy’s whole product line, 90% is not as she describes or doesn’t describe. Listen to her closely and the detailed description is lacking. She always has new things. I guess it’s to replace all the not so great products.

The only thing I’ve purchased of Joy’s is the hangers. It was about 15 years ago give or take, I got three of the TS and another set that was on sale. They were huge sets so I haven’t had to buy anymore, and I’ve only had one break. I’ve never put heavy coats on them, I already had hangers for that. Others have said they double up on them for heavy garments like coats.

I’ve bought the hangers at the Bullseye Store and here…no problems with any of them. I’ve also sent my sister a few sets and she loves them. The Forever Fragrant is a total fail. Those are my experiences…didn’t pay S/H on any of those purchases.

I have purchased several sets of her hangers & absolutely love them. Also, her readers are wonderful & well worth the price. I used to pay retail $20 for 1 pair of readers & with the sets you get the readers & the cleaning/storage cloths. I have had those over 2 years & still using them. I also like her storage boxes too. They really help getting organized & a more fresh appearance to closets, etc. I also love her Better beauty bags- I have bought 3 sets & they are wonderful & hold alot of stuff be it makeup, hair supplies, crafting supplies or anything you feel could use some organization & be put in one case to look neater. I am very happy with her products. I have not tried her pillows yet so I would love to see some input from others on those as they are a great buy today.

Don’t be afraid to order things you may have to send back.  This isn’t the Q.  HSN will fefund your originall shipping on returns.  I find I order more because of this security, and end up keeping more too, because the products are great!

I have the hangers,the little steamers (large and small), the readers and sunglasses (I like the sunglasses that are readers much better than the bifocal ones), the better beauty case, and a set of her luggage (actually two sets of the same luggage which makes one big set).  Love them all. 

I also purchased the fragrance set, but wasn’t crazy about it.  This is just my personal opinion, though, I didn’t care for the scent. 

Have only tried the hangers/sets, steamers & readers and can’t recommend them enough.  The only closet that doesn’t have her hangers is the heavy coat closet.  The steamers are fantastic and fast.  I gave one to my son-in-law who is in the army and was recently deployed….he loves it too!  The hangers make great gifts.

Hangers are great. Have some from HSN & bullseye store. recommended

Steamer recommend. I use mine on wash day and don’t iron anymore. Period. Great gifts too. Giftees love it tii.

Beauty case–so so. Order with caution.

I own her hangers, I have ordered 3 sets for myself and another I gave as a gift. I am very happy with the hangers and would order again. The extras that come along with the hangers I could do without. As for other items, I have seen the following at the outlet stores and have passed on buying:

Purses and luggage: both of which still reaked of cigarette smoke and were made of cheap plastic

Readers and sunglasses: cheap, I’d rather buy one good pair for $10 at the drugstore than have 8 pairs of junk

Forever fragrant sticks: could not smell any scent

Both steamers: looked OK, I just have no use for them

I actually bought the better beauty cases, mind you though, I do not believe they are worth what is charged on the website, I paid $8.50 per set

Keep in mind, the items I passed on were all priced significantly lower at the outlet store and I still did not believe they were worth buying.

I think you will be happy with the hangers. Although I did not gain a huge amount of space from using them, my closet looks pretty, feels more organized, and I found that things really do stay on these hangers. I finally cut out all those little strings and ribbons that are inside dresses and blouses to help tie them onto hangers – you know the ones that end up peaking out of the garment while you are wearing it.

The steamer is a must have. No iron or ironing board. Also is goof proof and faster than ironing. I never had such a handy, functional item to have pressed clothes. Only mine is old now and the heating element has some kind of buildup ..maybe from tapwater but not anything I can clean. For the price I just will get another although after so many years mine just works fine. I would like the larger one because I have the mini. The set of storage cases..I have the set of 3 are amazing. I use them for all my vitamins and all medication that would be in my medicine cabinet. You can take a pouch out and pop it in your handbag too. Great for jewelry and makeup. Going to purchase 2 more sets to organize other things in my home that I have loose in drawers and just messy. I have the hangers and they are space savers and do not bleed color so I hang up my hand washables to dry and they do not get indents in the shoulders and dry in a nice shape. They do break once in a while but who cared they are so cheap to purchase. The freebies that have come with mine are really dollar store items if that and not worth anything at all because you would never purchase any of them if yo had a choice. he materials are paper and all of them just rip. Sad that Joy would include junk and put her name on it and most of all claim they are functional. You cannot even wipe them because of the paper/cardboard material. Then again Joy can sell rocks and break records like the pillow today that is not washable and cannot put a pillow case on.

Please do a search on her name, bring up her products, select the items that you are interested in, view the videos and read the reviews….it’s easy.

HAVE SOME PRODS. SHE NO LONGER SELLS, SO WILL SKIP THOSE.  6 COLORS HANGERS-SOME BETTER THAN OTHERS – HOOKS BREAKING OFF LAVENDER, FUZZ WEARING OFF ORIGINAL WHITE.  THE NEON PINK DYE GETS ON MY HAND WASHABLES. OTHER THAN THAT, LOVE THE HANGERS.  ESPECIALLY LOVE THAT I CAN TURN THE HOOKS WHEN I HANG AN ITEM ON THE WRONG WAY.  ALSO GREAT FOR HANGING YOUR HAND WASHABLES.  THEY STAY ON.  HEAVY COATS STAY ON. GOT 4 FRAGRANCE STICKS (ALL DIFFERENT SCENTS) WHEN THEY FIRST CAME OUT.  SOME WERE OVERPOWERING AND NASTY SMELLING – MY SISTER TOOK 1 SET.  OTHERS I COULDN’T SMELL AT ALL.  SENT BACK 3.  DISILLUSIONED AND SKEPTICAL NOW.

Don’t bother getting hers. They DO BREAK! And not everything stays on. The thinness of them is good. But, you can buy the same product in Target, Home Goods, etc. Over the years….the few products I’ve bought from Joy M. Are substandard. It’s as if here items are the rough draft for a final product. Only that IS the final product. She’s a billionaire because of HSN. But I just can’t figure out how.
She has stuff you would find in Christmas Tree Shop ( a year round store that carries everything from Waterford to potting soil!

Have hangers from long ago. The have held up well until my hubby turns the hooks, those come out. Hooks not meant to be turned. 

Have My Little Steamer, it’s ok, mine tend to spit water from time to time. 

I love the readers, have lots of them as I tend to leave them all over my house, the car, and in a lot of handbags. The only thing I have ever had trouble with are the sun readers. They seem to break the minute that I put them on. But the clear readers hold up well and on sale, are a better value then the dollar store!
