It’s like a commercial every 20 minutes on HSN now…..awful!
Dear HSN,
What is with all the interruptions, with advertizing about other shows etc. during Perlier’s showtime and other shows?? It’s every 20 minutes and takes away from their air time. The show hosts get interrupted in the middle of presenting an item, then have to come back with something else. Horrible “new idea’
Sincerely upset, Mary

I guess its called Keeping the lights On and Paying the Bills.Air time is extremely expensive and companys pay a small fortune to have their ads air.For one thing a lot of people have dropped their cable bills and networks are tossing in more ads for the extra money. The less viewers/suscribers the more thay need ads to cover costs.HSN is really no different..They have to bring in money to keep going.

I have noticed they show commercials when other stations air them. That is your chance to hook me. Duh HSN.

? i totally understand! one of the reasons that i don’t watch television is because of commercials. i heard the olympics is out of control with commercials and that people are complaining. i don’t watch that much hsn on tv. i look things up on-line and only watch the videos. otherwise i would have the tv on mute the whole time. seriously. i love hsn, but i cannot watch for very long.

Hi everyone,
I have posted up my no. 4 card the one with the stamped out hearts. Still have one more to do.
I call this one my more contemporary style.
I am thinking at this point I am liking the water color painted hearts card the best so far.
I think it is because of the colors I just love bright colors.
Busy day today so I will be off most of the day. :smileyhappy:
Hope have a great Friday:heart:

Thank you my dear friend:smileyhappy: DBQR. I am glad you remember my stamps. I have some pictures of my cards I have finished three one has already been sent out that one had the foamy shapes.
What I am showing here is two finished and one prepared to add the finishing touches to. Hope you like them. These are two out of the three that are done.
The font on the colored heart card is from my computer I just typed it out on my computer then printed it out then scanned it in to my scan n cut and set it up and had my scan n cut write it out.
This time I just use the little pen holder and two colors out of my six colored pens black and red.
The sentiment on the red heart card is written with my universal pen and one of sharpies and one of the fonts from my scan n cut.
The inside of these two cards
The two finished plus the paper designed with my new heart stamp.
Next a picture of my heart stamp that I made.
I do have the scan n cut stamp kit but for this purpose I just used my craft foam and a heart and square design found with in my scan n cut designs.
Thank you for looking at my wears. I hope you like them and I hope you all have a very Happy Valentine’s Day:smileyhappy:

Hi Everyone:smileyhappy:,
Just stopping in here to let you all know what I have been up to. I have been making my valentine’s day cards. I have finished one and have four almost done. I only need five.
How I am making them is I made a heart stamp with foam and my scan n cut. I then used red stamp ink and white card stock and stamped red hearts all over the plain white paper and basically made my own designed paper.
Then I took a negative cut and what that is an item that has been cut out and has left the shape in the paper just like a stencil. Then I painted all different color hearts on another sheet of white card stock.
Then I took some heart designs from my scan n cut and made a red Heart card and cut out some foam cupid and moon and flowers and made some foam designs. I guess I have been busy making more work for myself. I just love playing around with this stuff good or bad. I used pink and red paper to make another heart card. I am also using my universal pen holder to write out sentiments and also my little pens that came with my scan n cut to also write out other sentiments.
When I have them all done I will post up some pictures of this silliness. To give you all an idea of my crazy creations.
the stamp idea did come from the fabulous and awesome Julie Fei Fan Balzer spokes person for the Brother scan n cut so I thought I would drop her a kudos here. I have done stamps before back in the day and posted up pictures of them. Remember my Zodiac sign stamps. I still have them:smileyhappy:
Thank you all for your smiles I see now I am an Advisor 1* Now I can post pictures and they will come right up. Thanks for all you all do. I love you all.

Hi all,
Finally after four sheets of 12×12 card stock later I finally made my envelope. Thanks to Anna Griffin’s
12×24 Perfact Palette solid core card stock item # 379-823
I tried using my ultimate tool item # 436-607 however I am not understanding it. I think I need a one on one with Sara Davies. The dvds just grasping them.
with that said I turned to my old trusted friend my brother scan n cut. I used my Scan n Cut No.4 3D
Paper Craft Pattern collection. I made my envelope larger then the original 10.93×10.93 inch. I enlarged the envelope to 11.36×11.36 inches I used 12×12 card stock 12×24 cut in half.
Here the end result of a very plain coordination color envelope.
Picture one is of the front of the envelope with the card.
Picture 2 is of the back of the envelope.
Also I just wanted to mention the writing was done on the card with my universal pen holder and my black sharpie marker. Happy Birthday and Down By The Sea. Check the item number in the original post.
There is another craft project done. Thank you all for taking a look come back again real soon.
